We bought a Bosch dishwasher from Lowe's that stopped working after just two weeks. We called Bosch to get warranty service and were referred to this company. We have tried repeatedly to contact them, but they do not answer their phone nor respond to voicemail messages. Bosch hasn't been able to reach them, either. Apparently they are the only Bosch warranty service contractor in this area. I'm assuming they may be out of business. read more

I had been hearing a really concerning noise from my washer that otherwise worked fine. I was at home with the flu, so the only thing I could do was a lot of research for a repairman with great reviews. Starfox stood out, so I called. Zeb did his best to listen to the weird noise on the phone and give me advise, since that was best that could be done at the time. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Zebulon came to my house to install a mini split and just disappeared after taking it out of the box. One excuse after another for about a month. at this point I can't even reach him by phone or text. I can't even find an instruction manual or all the pieces I need to finish the installation.
