He quoted $275 total for several repairs flat rate. I did offer him $50 extra for waiting time. He asked for $200 after I paid for the material, which I paid instantly. Then he claimed AFTER i posted the review saying he is waiting for an extra of $50. I thought $50 included in that $200 because the total original was $275 only flat, and he only finished one part of the job, and there are other remaining. Regardless what Mr. Burton is claiming, the fact is he is terrible at communicating the truth. You should not say "I am sorry Sean, I will come on Monday" if you did not plan to continue the job. Whatever you were not happy with, just say it out like a gentleman. I compensated you properly and have no regret. My other quote was only $100 for replacing the toilet, and I paid you $200, double the other quote, still gave you two days to follow up the job AFTER you apologized for not responding, then changed your mind and dropped the ball. Dropping the ball is totally okay, just say: "Sorry, i won't be able to help you", instead you are hiding behind your phone just ignoring the message, and chose to respond after posting the review. Bottom Line for customers: Be prepared to waste your time to start a project with him, because if he changed his mind, he will blaim it on you, and leave you hanging dry and high... Reducing my rating from 3 to 2.

My first Tech was Five Stars all the way. He was courteous, respectful and knew his stuff. He…read moreknew exactly how to take the dryer apart and to figure out what the issue was in a reasonable time frame. A deal was make for Dryer Vent cleanout for $100 on the next trip which would be part of the warranty, which was fine, it needed to be done anyways. The parts were ordered and it was prolly my fault they did not get back here for a couple of weeks, but I am also sure home warranty (AHS) was not in a hurry to spend money. So the second appointment was made and kept- but this is where the two stars begins, while the second guy was nice and such, he did not seem to understand that one can not just jam a tool in thinking everything comes a part the same way. I told him the other tech had to remove the door to get the front open, but he just kept trying to pry on it. He would eventually follow my suggestion saying he never seen one like that before. After he got it open, I left him to do some other work. I did not stick around to see how the repair went. I asked him about the Dryer Vent Cleanout which the other tech and I had worked out. His response was he did not have a vacuum with him. I was kinda bummed, because, I ended up hiring another company which overcharged me for the vent. My dryer on one side you can clearly feel where he jammed his screw driver in trying to pry something in which would not budge. I feel the second tech was not up to par. However, I would hire the Company again only if they sent out the first Tech again.

He would not allow us to reconnect the machine to the water system out of fear that the house could flood. That decision was greatly appreciated. He couldn't fix it unless we wanted to wait for Electrolux to respond to us, which could take forever. So we swore off Electrolux forever and purchased a Speed Queen.
