Guy and Mike were fantastic though the entire process constantly chatting with us as they went. We had a few small things that needed to be done and Guy and Mike were all over it. Upon arrival Tanner was 30 minutes late, sitting in his truck out front my house responding to calls. Once he came to the backyard he let us know his scrubber/machine had been stolen and he couldn't not use it to clean our surfaces so instead it was done with just the pressure washer hose which helped a bit but still left a lot of debris/marks on the driveway and pavers. Debris or items were knocked over, not stood back up or handled with much care. Sometimes the lowest price is shown for a reason, looking back and speaking with friends who used other services I would not hire this company again.

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!
