Called in to get a quote to get a water pump swapped out. They gave me a decent quote and told me they would be there in the morning. I texted them a list of parts that would be needed for the job as I purchased my own parts but lacked a few to do the job right. They never showed up. Totally ghosted me. Be aware Trevor is not a diesel mechanic. Had him replace a turbo cooler hose on a F350 6.7 truck plus a couple changes out seatbelt coupler and retracting outside mirror. I didn't go 1000 yards before new turbo hose blew off. He reset it and got the clamp on correctly. Still did not seem right. Discovered he did not reinsert the air cooler temperature sensor. Did not trust him to correct his mistake. Paid a diesel mechanic to fix it correctly. Also said his credit card device wasn't working and ask for cash. No receipt was provided. read more

sent out for a quote and received one for $450 to install new ball joints and tire rods on my 2006 F350 Superduty 4x4. Have them the address and asked when they were available. He told me the M next morning and when I told him to go ahead and come in he instantly went to $525. I told off of work to be at home on Friday so the guy could come install the parts from Detroit Axle when he arrived at 10AM. The mechanic that was sent out did not have the necessary tools to do the job and constantly had to leave and kept calling for help in which none came. It is now Saturday at 10:30 AM my truck is taken apart.When I called to see what was going on the owner told me he thought the job was done. Then he told me to let him know when the tools needed that I ordered myself showed up at the house to send someone out! He also stated that there were several jobs in front of mine so they would get to me later! This is the most unprofessional business I have used. The truck should be complete before moving on to another job and it should have been done yesterday like I was told. I have not received a call back so now I either fix it myself or pay another mechanic to come out this morning! read more

Called to set an appointment for a tech to come look at our dash AC. He said he would meet me there between 12pm and 1pm. I took half the day off work to be there all morning waiting. He was a no show and didn't call or text to let me know. I called him back after 1pm and he said he got held up and will be there at 3pm. Now it's after 3:30 and I've left texts and voicemails with no reply. I'm in the service business and fully understand getting busy and not making it to jobs on time. But I call my customers and communicate that to them. Much like I had to do today since I took the entire day off waiting for this guy. Very unprofessional. We have a fleet of vehicles and are partners with a couple other companies with fleet vehicles and I will be sure to pass the name of this company around as one to not do business with.
