We had some broken roof tiles that we knew needed to be replaced, and I was lucky enough to find Jordan from Eco Roofing Solutions, at a home and garden show in Scottsdale. He came out for a free inspection and confirmed that we needed maintenance. Jordan took photos and a video and explained everything he had found. For a very reasonable price, he sent a team out, led by supervisor Jake, to get our roof back in tiptop shape. They sent photos of their work after completion so we knew everything looked great. We will definitely be having them come out annually for routine maintenance; and when it's time for a full replacement, there's no other company I would consider going with other than Eco Roofing Solutions! Their customer service and communication is above and beyond. And their honest, no-pressure approach to business was so refreshing. We can't say enough good things about Jordan and his team!

This company will try and screw you out of the warranty…read more He coated, patched and fixed a roof just under 5 years ago that his company gave a 5 year warranty on. Had him out last week due to leaks, he identified it and quoted me $1500 to patch it. When I asked if it was covered, he said no that he "only coated the roof and never did anything else." It's literally right on the invoice that he patched the leaks. After I realized and asked why he lied about it, I got crickets. He started saying that the warranty is non-transferable (I'm a new owner). I asked for the paperwork showing that but nothing. Then he said someone got on the roof and did work which voids the warranty. Moral of the story, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, they will NOT stand behind their work.

They have always been fair with their prices and prompt with their service. This time we were working with a 30 year old roof. Over the 13 years we've owned the home we've had a few repairs and patches. This time Oliver said he could repair the one section that was leaking and reattach the tiles that had fallen of the peaks for $1500 or replace the whole roof for $12000. 6 years ago I had a quote from another contractor for $16000. I wanted the complete roof because we are going to put solar on the roof and the last thing you need is incremental repairs where they need to remove and replace panels. The issue with Porter is they are busy. Very busy. So we had to wait 3 months for them to get to our roof. The winter rains delayed the date an extra month but once they got us on the schedule they showed up every day for 3 days solid and did an excellent job. How do I know. Because I watched them work for several hours over the three days. They replaced wood where it needed it and did an excellent job replacing all the flashing. They cleaned up every day and when they left on day three, other than seeing the new flashing and straight edges on the tiles you'd never know they were here. When I told Oliver we were putting up solar panels he said after they were up to let him know and he would inspect the roof for cracked tiles and the places where they secure the racks to make sure his roof would last. He would also come out once a year and make sure there were no problems or fix them before they became a problem. I strongly recommend using Porter Roofing even after you read the one star reviews.

My very positive impressions carried forward throughout the process to replace shingles on my house, an 8' x 10' custom shed, and the bonus - a large, custom doghouse.
