What an amazing experience! We had been looking for almost 4 years for a roofing company that was able to do maintenance and not just a full replacement. We had some broken roof tiles that we knew needed to be replaced, and I was lucky enough to find Jordan from Eco Roofing Solutions, at a home and garden show in Scottsdale. He came out for a free inspection and confirmed that we needed maintenance. Jordan took photos and a video and explained everything he had found. For a very reasonable price, he sent a team out, led by supervisor Jake, to get our roof back in tiptop shape. They sent photos of their work after completion so we knew everything looked great. We will definitely be having them come out annually for routine maintenance; and when it's time for a full replacement, there's no other company I would consider going with other than Eco Roofing Solutions! It's been some time since we last used them but with the new house needing some attention it was great to be able to reach back out to them. The tech who came out was again professional and knowledgeable of the tile roof we have. Their bid was not the lowest or highest, but we chose them because the initial inspection and estimate was very thorough, covered every detail. We checked reviews from several sources. Life Savers! Eco Roofing Solutions wasn't my first phone call. Every roofer I spoke to (at least 3) sent me to a handy man (at least 5) because as far as they were concerned, my project wasn't big enough for them. The handy man/men told me to call a roofer. We had a leak and no one wanted to fix it. Finally I found Eco Roofing Solutions (recommended by a handy man!). They came out and within days were here fixing the roof. The crew was amazing. This company replaced the patio roof on our home in September. The replacement was solid, and looks okay. However, they did not finish the underside of the patio where they replaced some plywood, and the plywood did not fit well, requiring them when I complained to come out and put some wood pieces to cover the mismatch. I had to have someone else paint the underside of the patio. I guess I assumed they would finish the job. My bad. I was told at the time of the bid that the gutter spouts on the patio roof would be re-routed. Instead, they removed the gutter piping and only removed some unsightly disconnected pipes when I complained. When I asked about doing the re-routing, I was told that they are not licensed to do gutter work. As if a roofer would need additional licensing to fix the gutters they destroyed. Bottom line, I would not use this company again. read more

In an industry already plagued with its fair share of dishonest contractors, ECO Roofing Solutions, based in Mesa Arizona, stands out amongst the WORSE. They not only FAILED to do their job properly, but they also engaged in behavior to AVOID RESPONSIBILITY for their shoddy work. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR SPIN TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER. The company was forced by a state agency to fix their sub-standard work. Period! This company represents everything that's wrong with the roofing industry, and I hope by sharing my experience, others can avoid the same frustrating and costly experience. If you value your home, your time, and your hard-earned money, DO NOT HIRE ECO ROOFING SOLUTIONS! They will blame YOU for their terrible business practices (just read their responses!). There are many roofing companies competing for your business, each with their own marketing pitch for the same services. It's not rocket science, it is a roof. It is manual labor. It does not require highly educated or skilled people, it takes a simple "CR42" roofers license, which is why there are so many roofers out there, like used car salesman. For us, the consumers, the challenging job is to find the best company and one we can trust. In the shady world of roofers, that can be a tough job. SO MY STORY BEGINS: In September 2024, I hired ECO Roofing Solutions to address issues caused by a previous roofer. You read that correctly: ECO was supposed to fix the mistakes of another company. While this may not be unusual in a field that is, frankly, rife with unprofessionalism, BEWARE of this sleazy industry. Well, things only got worse from there. Instead of resolving the issues, ECO's workmanship was as bad, if not worse, than the first company's work. BUT THERE IS A TWIST ... ECO was so ARROGANT they refused to fix their SHODDY roof work (and always blaming the customer), so I had to contact the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC), a state agency that regulates and licenses contractors in Arizona. The ROC investigates contractors, such as ECO, who do not perform work in a professional and workmanlike manner. The ROC assesses civil penalties and can suspend or revoke licenses. THE ROC OPENED A CASE TO INVESTIGATE ECO Roofing Solutions as a result of my complaint. **ECO'S RESPONSE WAS JAW-DROPPING!**. They sent an email demanding that I withdraw my complaint if I wanted them to fix the issues they caused. WTF? They tried to pressure me into abandoning my legal rights in exchange for addressing the very problems that their incompetence created in the first place. This attempt to manipulate and intimidate me should have been a huge RED FLAG for anyone considering this company! The ROC came to my house and wanted me to point out all the issues. ROC then demanded ECO fix the problems, including an IMPROPERLY INSTALLED bent and damaged Gas B-vent pipe, which is needed for safe furnace operation. A bad gas B-vent can be very dangerous as it can lead to CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING by allowing combustion gases to LEAK INTO YOUR HOME instead of being properly exhausted outdoors. They were also told to fix their improperly applied mortar which was cracking and crumbling, and to haul away roofing items they previously refused to take away. NO ONE SHOULD TRUST A COMPANY THAT HAS TO BE TOLD BY A STATE AGENCY to comply with industry workmanship and safety standards. I held them accountable with the help of the ROC, and I should not have had to go through such an ordeal. No one should. AND DON'T BE FOOLED by a company that has perfected the craft of BLAMING THEIR CUSTOMERS . No matter what, the fact remains that it took a state agency to verify and force them to fix their sub-standard work. Any company willing to put themselves in that position is both arrogant and incompetent. FIND ANOTHER ROOFER WHO DOES THE RIGHT WORK, THE FIRST TIME. DO NOT HIRE ECO ROOFING SOLUTIONS. read more

Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us. We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after. There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC. Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof. We had a different company come out and give us an estimate of some roof repair work (broken/shifted tiles from a few previous storms). This guy had done some repairs on the house across the street. The guy got on our roof and proceeded to tell us that we needed a whole new roof, "That is was irreparable". That guy gave us a ridiculous bid for a new roof. We thanked him and he left. Fast forward to the next day. We called ECO roofing to come out for an estimate (We knew of ECO Roofing as they did a complete re-roof of a friend of ours-so we knew the quality of their work). Rich from ECO roofing came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and quoted us two different ways-one was to repair/replace the damaged/broken/shifted tiles and "give the roof a tune up"-and the other was to redo the entire roof. He had pictures of everything that he provided to us. We opted to have ECO do the "tune up" and scheduled the work immediately. We were notified of the date and time that the crew would come out. On the day that the crew was supposed to be at our place-a mix up happened (Yes, things happen!). The crew didn't show up at the scheduled time. The ECO office folks felt bad and sent someone out late in the day-and he started to do the work. We just had the ECO folks reschedule to the next week-when it was more convenient for everyone. The second time, they were early and there were 6 guys-and they completed the entire project in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done as well. We are extremely please and will use them when the time comes for our roof to be replaced. read more

Had them perform a small job. My 1st contact with them, Kyle, was great. Very thorough and professional. He quoted a price that I accepted w/out competitive quotes as he sold me on Eco. The work was quickly scheduled and done. After that my experience was similar to what Karen H described in her May 10th '23 review: Clean-up and attention to detail (fit & finish) was lacking from the team that did the work. They came back for a 2nd shot at making things right and did manage to clean-up the site. They'd gotten a couple shots at my house and that was enough for me. I fixed-up a couple cosmetic things with some spackle and stucco repair. Then, for the sake of not having to debate, I decided I would live with tile gaps which were described by them as having no effect on the function of the roof. Am moving on. read more

I gave it 3 stars in hopes this gets read. Kyle, our salesman was outstanding. He came over and assessed our roof and spent over an hour with us. He has an extremely outgoing personality and could have talked with him all night. He was very thorough. The emails that followed felt very personal, from the clear explanation of what to expect from beginning to end to the video from a team member. Unfortunately, that was the positive part of our experience. The workers were unable to communicate with us. I tried using my phone to translate, but that was difficult. They basically just slapped some sort of putty on the roof to I guess seal spaces and the vents were placed in the wrong spot. New wood pieces were in the quote, but not put in. I spent an hour the first day walking around picking up about 100 nails and food and clothing. I called and had a foreman come the next day and he or his crew did pick up after themselves the next day. Eventually another worker came and made the putty stuff a bit better and put the wood in. The foreman came out again to see the final job and told my husband that we basically got his worst crew and the guy that came to fix the putty was someone he was having trouble with. I was also told that I would get an additional discount if I allowed them to put a sign in my yard for advertisement and that was later denied. I guess overall, I was not impressed with the workmanship, but Kyle and I believe Caleb were delightful. I did get cookies to apologize. Not sure that I would recommend them. They were also our highest quote, but I loved Kyle. read more
