So after looking around we came across L&R Roofing. We needed an inspection fast and the actual repair done even faster because the Arizona monsoon was about to be in full swing and we were incredibly stressed. Right off the bat during the inspection, Luis was so honest and told us we absolutely did not need an entire new roof and warned us not to let anyone try to sell us one. Nowadays it is so hard to find companies that truly want to help you rather than just make make a sale, so that was such a huge relief and let us know right away that he wasn't going to BS us. He also went above and beyond during that walk-through. Our home inspector had told us we only had one slipped tile, but when Luis got up there, he found a handful of them and just pushed them all back into place for us. Slipped tiles can cause such major issues down the road, so it was incredibly nice of him to do that. It made me feel so good that he was looking out for our whole roof and not just the one spot we asked him to inspect--honestly, he seemed way more aware of what was going on up there than our actual home inspector was! Since the mold was over a bathroom, he gave us a fair price to remove a section of the underlayment and check all the vents in that area, and we were super happy with that plan. Luis unfortunately had a family emergency come up, but he still made sure to coordinate everything with Victor, who managed to get us on the schedule the very day a big storm was supposed to hit. Victor and his crew showed up at 6 AM and were just so nice to work with. He explained the exact damage to us and took pictures of every single step of the process so we could see everything they were doing. When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate.
