I kept getting told that they were waiting for parts but everything was ready. From quote to finish was almost six months for five windows. My complaint was the lack of respect Todd gave me. He refused to give me an invoice or even stop by to see if I enjoyed my experience. I know this outfit has a great reputation but for me I'll go with a company that is courteous and professional when I do the rest of my windows.

All these concerns and more. I'm a detail oriented guy that can find fault with just about everything, I know, not healthy. BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I look at these windows and completed installation with pleasing amazement. I'm not kidding, everything looks and operates beautifully. For a guy that's hard to please, I couldn't be happier. Also, their pricing is more than competitive and their products are top rated when you do the investigation. I addition, the painted commented that the woodwork was done and nailed the way it's supposed to be done unlike other work he has seen. Hats off to Todd and his team. Even now I look at these windows and smile in satisfaction. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We took the ride out to Cary to get a sense of the actual door, the finish we wanted, along with available options. Their sales specialist, David Boyd, was extremely helpful explaining the product line and Kelly's business model. David came out to the house and helped us find a door that fit our budget without sacrificing the look and features like glass we wanted. He took the measurements and explained the process from the point of sale to completion of installation. He walked us through the ProVia product warranty. We did our homework and got two more quotes, but Kelly was the clear winner in pricing and the fact that they are the only 'Platinum' ProVia dealer in the Triangle. Best of all? No franchise pricing games like the other two estimates. Their quote was transparent and actually more affordable than the 'big name' companies. While the price was more affordable, we looked at each company in totality. We highly recommend Kelly Window and Door, Inc. a high-quality experience!

He was professional…read moreand not pushy, and I thought I'd found a good company to work with, since they opened in 1994 and are locally owned. The premium doors are even made in an Amish area in Ohio. Bill just handled the deposit process, and Wes came and remeasured before ordering the doors. My doors were ready about four weeks early, and Mark called to schedule. Unfortunately, the polished sales front fell apart the minute the installation crew arrived. The installation crew arrived on time. Wes had already noted where they were to park, but they came to the front and insisted on seeing the doors before parking. I'm not sure why they needed to come inside without foot protection for an outside project. But that should have been my first warning of what to expect from this unprofessional crew. Early into the job, I started to hear arguing and bickering. It intensified at one point, and I thought there was going to be a physical altercation. They were angry, as one installer yelled at the other using phrases like "you're real f**kin helpful". This was the quality of the crew I was sent. It leaves a lot to be desired. They worked independently, and Door A's frame was scuffed up and left structurally out of alignment. Door B was unfinished, with a 3/4-inch structural gap at the top header and no foam or perimeter caulk. The weatherstripping was cut short and left completely square-cut instead of mitered, leaving an open gap where daylight poured straight through. The crew left an interior light on, which hid the light leaks during the day. The site was not fully cleaned, and there was paint on my property and the neighbors'. Harrold even attempted to clean the paintbrushes at my outside faucet. I contacted Mark, the operations manager, when I noticed the gap in the weatherstripping and sent photos so it could be fixed. I was told he'd send Harrold back around 3. So I waited all afternoon expecting him; he called me directly at 6pm and said he was going home first, and showed up at 6:20pm. Unprofessionally, he brought his wife along. With the poor job, I was surprised they sent the same installer back. Harrold's fix was botched: the weatherstripping wasn't symmetrical on both sides and still left a gap. The cut was supposed to be a mitered angle, as was Door A. Mark was on site at some point and didn't notice the damage to Door A's frame, the misalignment, the gap, the weatherstripping, the lack of insulation or caulk, or the fact that the crew didn't clean up fully. So it is concerning that the work isn't being properly inspected and signed off on. It took me a few days to notice, but that wasn't my job to project manage a certified dealer's premium installation. Kelly Window & Door promotes a "stress-free guarantee" that appears to be just words and marketing that they don't follow. They failed to deliver on the one-day install, dragging out the project despite the premium price. I expected a hassle-free experience and expected quality work from the installers. I contacted the president of the company, thinking he'd want to know about the problems and get things corrected. He didn't know the correct spelling of his installer's name. He seems out of touch with the day-to-day operations of his own company. Instead of taking accountability, he chose to gaslight me, trying to reframe missing insulation, raw uncaulked air gaps, and a total lack of perimeter sealing as a "cost-saving aesthetic choice" because the rooms were labeled for storage, "uninhabitable areas". But they are air-conditioned, making these doors permanent boundaries of the building's thermal envelope under North Carolina energy codes. The main office front desk staff took action on day two, moved my file to the warranty department, and they have been trying to help me resolve this. The warranty team, consisting of two technicians, both named Dillon, spent three full hours executing an extensive punch-list rebuild. They had to cut away the failing work; the structural error required heavy pounding to mechanically realign the interlocking jamb skins and apply spray foam on Door A to get it straight, and pack Door B's 3/4-inch structural gap with foam and caulk that door. The weatherstripping was mitered. The warranty repairs took almost as long as the botched install, which was four hours. Kelly Window & Door charges a premium price, and I expected a smooth installation with quality and vetted workers. The company did not value my time and kept me waiting all afternoon for the tech who couldn't do the job right the first time, instead of sending someone skilled. The company may have addressed the issues with the techs, but I never got a resolution. Based on how this was handled, I wouldn't use Kelly Window & Door for another project, as this was not the stress-free experience they promised but a headache.

The owner, Carl Cuttone, met with us personally and he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and refreshingly low-pressure--there were no upselling or hard-sell tactics at all. He took the time to show us photographs of his company's prior work and shared reviews from previous customers, which made us feel confident and comfortable in our decision. Meeting with him was genuinely enjoyable and set the tone for the entire project. Their quoted price was significantly lower than their competitors' quotes, which was quite surprising and they were the only company that was interested in cladding our front door surround, rather than trying to "hard sell" us a new front door insert, as the wood around the side light windows was deteriorating. The front door is made of solid mahogany, was in great condition, and it was important to us to preserve the door if possible. The window installation on our home was completed with great care and attention to detail, and the results look fantastic. The front door cladding looks amazing, like a brand new insert would have looked. The installers were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, worked extremely well and efficiently as a team, and--something we really appreciated--left our home clean and tidy when they were finished. No mess, no hassle, just beautiful new windows. The final price was exactly the price they quoted, and there were no shenanigans. We highly recommend Eco-View Windows to anyone looking for quality products and a smooth, professional installation experience.

There is a large bay window in the living room, and it really needed some love so we decided to replace this one. I called Ecoview and spoke to Carl, the owner. We went back and forth for about a week as he offered a variety of options and price points. In fairness, the week was because we had some trouble making up our minds because there were so many great options. Carl helped us narrow things down, and we opted for what's called the 7000 series. The windows were delivered to our sons house in two weeks. We were happily surprised with this because even though Carl had promised us two weeks, everyone else told us their delivery would be between 6 to 8 weeks. The day after the windows were delivered, the installers were there (4 people). They had the old window out, and the new windows were in in just a FEW HOURS!!! AMAZING!! In the world of construction and services, it's so rare to get a true professional, but we sure found one with Carl! 10000% recommend...

I've been trying to write this review for over a month and have not been able to write anything…read morethat adequately explains how fabulous the Kitchen's Plus crew is. I still haven't found the words, but I'll do my best. Let me start with what Kitchen's Plus is not: We tried two other kitchen cabinet services before finding Kithen's Plus. The first place ignored everything we said we wanted in our new kitchen and sent us a quote for cabinets that warp when they get wet and left off the added wall of cabinets, because "nobody ever gets the extra wall once they see the quote." The second place was open to the public, but they were so busy doing cabinet contract work for developers they had no time for us. After calling, emailing, and stopping by the showroom again, we were finally able to get someone to come out and measure for cabinets. Weeks went by. After more calling and emailing it became quickly apparent we needed to try somewhere else. Enter Kitchen's Plus. I left a message for Kitchen's Plus detailing my dilema on a Friday and by Tuesday morning, I was talking to Joel. He immediately got us on his calendar. It was our luck that Kitchen's Plus recently hired an interior designer, Crystal. She was able to help us figure out what to do with the tighter sections of the kitchen we were not sure what to do with. While we went in with one cabinet manufacutrer in mind, Joe was able to recommend an even better cabinet made locally by Kitchen Cabinet Distributors. The cabinets were built better and cost 25% less to boot! We put our deposit down and got on their installation calendar. Four weeks later, the crew arrived to begin. Joel, Nathan, Justin, and Crystal are all wonderful people that care about their work. It shows in the finished product. There were some things we wanted in the kitchen that were not available, so Joel made us a custom wine rack. It fit the space we had perfectly. He also went out of the way to find us a black drain for our new white ceramic sink, knowing the chrome one that came with the sink did not match our black and white theme. In addition to their excellent craftmanship the crew also works really well together. During the install, they'd joke with each other and at times break into group song. I had to stop what I was doing upstairs a few times just to listen and smile. Checkout the photos to see their amazing work. (Crew photo left to right: Nathan, Joel, Crystal, Justin)
