Not a very good time. They made a mistake in the diagnosis process, and then tried to change the…read morestory in the Repair Order summary to try and not take any responsibility or liability. I just wanted my car fixed, but they treated me like they didn't care about my issue and just wanted me out of their face as fast as possible. They were dismissive, and unwilling to engage in a full diagnosis. Instead, they claimed that there was no issue at all, and they only did repairs for "customer satisfaction". Just shady behavior all around. If there was no issue, then why do a full transmission replacement? It's like they didn't want to spend any time dealing with the issue. I don't know, but it really sucks. I wish things didn't happen like that. After the first replacement, it started making a horrible noise while at a very low speed while in first gear. Unfortunately, the noise has an irregular pattern, so apparently it's not able to be diagnosed correctly. All I asked was for his help on diagnosing the issue. But here we are, 3 months out, and I'm still dealing with this issue. This third transmission replacement left me without a car for a week, all for nothing- when all he had to do was be a little more thorough in the diagnosing process. (Edit): I like how he mentioned in his reply that his processes are documented and recorded, trying to prove he has no responsibility in the situation. In fact, in our discussion over this issue, that seemed to be the only thing he cared out. When I would ask him something he didn't like, he would just remind me that he has everything recorded and that his hands are clean. He really shows you his colors as a businessman here- he isn't willing to actually help the customer. As long as his hands are clean, he doesn't care if he ruined your car or not. His reply really speaks volumes

My car was promised to me no later than noon today. When I called this morning they acted like they had no idea. Then they told me they wouldn't release it to me anyway because they didn't have the insurance info, that I provided them when I dropped the car off last week. They did not honor the entire amount they said they would cover of my deductible. They told me to be here at 6 and the car would be ready. It is now 6:30 and no one has come back into the office for a half hour. I am moving out of state tomorrow and missed a last happy hour with my friends because of these ass clowns. No apologies given. Update: I've not been waiting almost an hour after close. Then they brought the car out the paint in the repair area was bubbled. They are now buffing it in the parking lot. He was done, but there's still another spot. And, they broke my favorite key chain. But, I have my car!
