A bit later, the receptionist brought me another paper saying they lost my first one (within the less than 10 minutes we were there)! Meanwhile, people who entered after us were being called back to take their photos. At least the photographer was pleasant. We'll see how the photos turn out.

She was still able to capture beautiful pictures outdoors and make sure I was safe and comfortable. I was also able to have her take family photos which I was nervous about because I have a very energetic two year old and a sometimes fussy 11 month old, but she was patient and creative with my little ones and still able to get great photos of our family despite a few baby tears and a toddler trying to escape every moment! When I stated I was blocked on her account and she had no idea who was texting her obviously because my name isn't associated with my phone number nor is any other app or social media, she stated I wasn't blocked and looked at my Instagram account. I didn't receive good customer service. Her personal photography account was not blocked, but she had blocked me on the baking page..... and I am still blocked. I'm not sure what occurred, but either way that isn't great business considering I've referred other people and when I went back to re-hire, I was blocked and then lied to about it. You're supposed to respond promptly to your clients regardless of how you feel that is your job when being in a customer service position trying to satisfy clients who are spending money...... I wouldn't have posted this, but the lie and disrespect actually threw me off!
