After a year of calls, dealing with a nasty person that actually accused me of filing a false report & stealing a random, empty TV box off the street, it took a letter to their executive office (sent to CEO, COO, COO, etc.) to finally get some action on the case - not exactly to my liking but they did reimburse us for the TV & credited us $65 of the $550 requested in monthly fees. I will never be a fan of direct TV. If you use their services, good luck & do not let you let their employee into an aging/impressionable parents home unsupervised.

Thank you for resolving this…read more Spectrum sent us a letter in the mail in April 2026 to inform us that they would be cancelling our service on 5/11/2026 because they are unable to continue providing service at our apartment complex. Then they charged me the full $90 for service from 4/29-5/28. They said it's their policy to charge for a full month and not prorate. But they are the ones who cancelled my service. Why am I paying for service for the dates 5/11-5/28 for something they stopped providing?
