When I called customer service and spoke with Frank Moses (employee number 3831) he argued with me. He also tried blaming it on me, telling us we must have cancelled the service. I asked him to refer to the notes on account which he seemingly did not as he knew nothing about our information. When asking to speak with his boss, someone else, or the legal department, he refused, telling me we woul have to call back later to speak with anyone (4 pm on a Thursday, by the way), before hanging up on us. We will be considering legal options as they are not abiding by the contract we signed.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to buy them that day. The following day, Monday, August 24, I happened to be at Merritt Island Square Mall, so I stopped by the JCPenney store there to see if they carried the same underwear. To my surprise, the exact same underwear had gone up in price in just one day--from $14 for two pairs to $10 per pair! I mentioned this to a JCPenney associate, Jacob, and he told me about a store policy that allowed me to receive $10 off if I provided my name and phone number. Thanks to him, the three pairs I purchased ended up costing about the same as the price I would have paid on Sunday. I really appreciate Jacob for taking the time to let me know about this option. He was also incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I brought to the count to be purchased along with a very expensive watch we were buying. The lady had trouble with the system brining up Clarence price so she called someone over, I heard the name "amber" but I'm sure on her name. I explained I didn't switch the tags and it was on the huge sales rack along with other dresses and it was the only one in the store. She proceeded to be rude make to me and state "I know what you're saying and you can't have it". Then proceeded to put it back on the clothing rack a few minutes later with the sales tag still on. She was not polite at all and had a very rude attitude. If she simply would have said I'm sorry but I can't not sale it for XYZ reason then there would have been no issue.

I walk over with a smile and ask for my selected paint color, specify the base color, in duration and that I only needed a gallon... When I do this in Viera they simply mix the paint and afterwards ask for a phone number to then add it to my account when they ring it up. (if it is done differently in MI, why could he not communicate that?) The old man at the register in Merritt Island was taken aback and looked at me as if I had three heads. In a rude tone with a crazy look he asks "what's the name?" I give him the name for the account, he spends 5 minutes fumbling through the computer inevitably failing to find it. Blaming it on their system, he gives up and walks over to grab a paint chip of the color that I've asked for, he asks me a second time for the color name while at the display and then says "of course you ask for the one color we don't have a card for" and walks back over to us. He then proceeds to ask me what color for the third time as he's trying to put it into the computer, by this point him being disrespectful has already made me irritated so I snap back and say that's the third time I've told you. He then walks to the back storage to see if they have it in stock and by this point his manager is finishing up with the line of other customers, he looks over and asks if we're being helped to which I respond "unfortunately" his manager had to come over, found our account within 15 seconds and tells us they did not have the needed base color but that he'd order it to the one in Viera because they had it in stock (lol). The manager was helpful, polite and apologetic. As for the old white man, he was impatient, rude and lacked the knowledge needed to do his simple job. If his communication skills and manners are that underdeveloped, I would hate for him to be one of my employees. If you go to this SW I would highly recommend staying in the long line for the competent manager.

Service may be a little slower at times with other customers there, but when I've been there it's always been due to them answering (in depth) questions other customers have. I don't mind that wait because I know they will give me the same personal attention when they get to me. Great employees, nice store, historically proven products. What else could you want.
