Not only do they no have her on for today's scheduled appointment, they are telling me that they had her scheduled for April first at 9 and 10:25am. As you can clearly see, how often this happens with Crown Dental. Dr. Ness or the office manager should reach out to me because I am very frustrated with this office and it's unprofessionalism. I shouldn't have to be told and made to look as if I'm making this up when it's obvious the competency doesn't exist here. Please call me at your earliest as this is causing me time off work and this isn't right for me or anyone. I can only imagine how many people go through this same issue with Crown Dental. At the beginning of my appointment, Dr. Freer did some tests to first determine whether I need a root canal. I definitely needed one! I've never seen technology like this at any other dental studio. They have large tv monitors and small cameras where you can see your tooth up close while they work. The root canal took longer then expected which he later showed me was because I had long curvy roots with some calcification. I could tell he was taking his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He did not rush to finish up and get to the next patient. He seems like he really cares about the quality of his work not the quantity. I'm two days after my appointment and already feel my tooth is back to normal. Thank you!
