Because I am a frequent user of the practice's patient portal, I do not mind the $50 administrative fee because I feel it is necessary to balance out the extra work that they have because of the patient portal. For patients with EDS, this office is a godsend as so few doctors acknowledge the disorder, more or much less treat the disorder. I appreciate the added bonus of having in-house counseling and the in-house lab. Every time I go in, I am greeted warmly and well taken care by the administrative staff and medical professionals.

I even peed in a cup for you smart people and I know it's negative for everything because I've never done drugs a day in my life. I have school and work every single day of the week and I feel like these people not only wasted my time (I had to take time off, they are incredibly off with their diagnosis, perception, and treatment of people). Also, I have high anxiety and the artwork that Ms. Lamoreux has in her office is so incredibly off putting, chaotic, and anxiety inducing. What is that about? My opinion of Dr. Joshua Holland is the exact opposite of the care I received from him while I was his patient. I was a patient for many years. I recently had an awakening and realized his care was substantially sub-standard now that I am a patient of a competent and compassionate provider who cares about their patients enough to spend more than five minutes in an office visit. Someone who listens to what I have to say, and spends enough time to gather all of the information. My honest opinion of Dr. Holland is that it was a huge inconvenience and waste of his time seeing me as his patient. It usually seemed to me that he was already on his way out of the exam room after five minutes. The symptoms of the final reason for which I sought help from him that was not addressed, nor explored for further informaion.I can say more about his lack of concern for me as his patient, but to be more succinct,I cannot in good conscience recommend him as a physician to anyone. I am thankful that I did find a very comprehensive treatment philosophy from my new physician. And yes, my significant current health issues is one of the reasons I sought help, from Dr. Holland.
