A rock kicked from a tractor trailer on 75 on 28 June. Today is 15 August 2023 and there has been no activity, no help, no check ins other than the ones we've initiated. Buyer beware!! You are NOT in good hands with this agent and his teammate. At least now I understand why they were cheaper than USAA.. Happy to talk with you and steer you to an agent that cares.
