Donna Lynn's is always a place I forget about in Murrysville. It is a small pizza shop that delivers a pretty decent pizza. Anyone ever scroll through local businesses and pick a dinner based on a place that could use some photos? Well... here we are. Right on the main road in Murrysville, I have seen the neon sign for Donna Lynn's for yearsss. Awesome that they have a website that they keep up to date with menu items. I ordered a Sicilian (who doesn't want to try a fun crust) and an order of breadsticks. The staff is awesome. From the phone call to the pickup, they were attentive, kind, and quick! Also, who doesn't love a branded pizza box!! The Sicilian was loaded with toppings and cheese... but the crust was less than ideal. You can tell it is fresh, but it is so difficult to chew. I felt like I had to gnaw through it to take a bite. Maybe mine was a little overdone, but it was definitely a fresh dough. The breadsticks appeared to be not so fresh. I would not recommend ordering those. However, the sauce... yeah... that's a good marinara. With the staff, fresh made dough, and amazing sauce, I can see why this is a local's place! read more

This was probably one of the best pizzas I've had in the area. We got a white sicilian deluxe with Chicken, bacon, spinach, tomato, and black olives and we also got a traditional with pepperoni and sausage. They both had outstanding flavor and were perfectly cooked! I will definitely be back! read more

I do NOT recommend Donna Lynn's Pizza. The guy on the phone was impatient and rude. When I get to the shop, I was greeted with "What do you want". Very unprofessional. They said the food would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I show up 30 minutes later, and my 8 cut pizza and breadsticks still weren't ready!! The place didn't seem busy or anything either. (Only my pizza was in the oven) I was disappointed when I opened the aluminum foil to my breadsticks, and there was sauce EVERYWHERE. They had the breadsticks and sauce on top of the hot pizza oven! Plastic + Hot metal doesn't mix... just common sense. Sadly, the sauce wasn't even good. The breadsticks were so bland. The pizza was subpar, and very greasy. The only positive thing I have to say is that they aren't skimpy on toppings. read more

You guy's should probably look up the definition of "Sicilian Pizza." It is not a thin crispy crust. The steak hoagie with a single thin layer of steak was not much better. Very rude people and none polite people uninterested and sang the word thank you. or you're welcome I went in there and saw a map with an outline. And I asked the kid working behind the counter if that was his delivery area. I got a very hard no! And he just looked in the other direction.... It seems like they just want you to leave and don't care very much for casual conversation. I left my warming bag up on the table and as I saw one of the delivery women Driver struggling to find a surface to put her pizzas into her container. I moved my bag over and apologized she said nothing slammed her bag on the table put it in and walked right out. And as I left I said thank you and I got no response... if the pizza isn't good I would rate this the worst pizza place ever. read more

I got the wings. They were without a doubt the WORST wings I have ever got. Small, dry, flavorless, old tasting, burnt. Soo many bad flavors come to mind. Overpriced GARBAGE! AVIOD! I' been ordering pizza's from Donna Lynn's since 1998. Over 20 years! The pizza is good, the "guy" that answers the phone is a real jerk. I think after all these years they would wave the $2 delivery charge. Sometimes I pay and sometimes I don't depending who answers the phone. Looks like I'm in the market for a better pizza place. It was our first experience with this pizza. And we were very dissapointed! We ordered hawaian pizza with some mushrooms and olives in it. From the first look it looked ok but have to say pizza had NO flavor at all! Seemed like we were eating plain unsalted pizza dough with just little bit of cheese. I have ordered at least once a week from Donna Lynn's but tonight they lost me as a customer. I called at 9:30 to have an order delivered - literally across the street - and was told that they stopped delivering. Not to mntion that their website says that they are open and deliver until midnight on Friday's. Not true - and when you mention it on the phone you get nothing but attitude. The real shitty thing is the food wasn't bad - no where near four stars but it was edible. My money will spend anywhere and I don't think the people "running" this location grasp the fact that they aren't the owner and I hope someone gets torn a new one. Combined with other people that live here - we spend about $50.00 - $70.00 a week just on deliveries. Unless I get an apology, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I left a message at the Irwin location - if I get a call back about it maybe I'll order again but they lost all my word of mouth advertising. read more

Wings were disgusting!! They honestly tasted to be at least a day old. I am not picky but could not even eat these. Pizza was sub par as well. We like to try different places local to us. This will not be revisited unless Donna Lynn would like to change my mind. read more

The Google reviews were good, so we ordered a taco pizza, a regular pizza with bacon and pepperoni, and an order of wings. Blah! Just mediocre at best. The wings tasted old and reheated. The taco pizza was tasty but dry and came without taco sauce. The pepperoni and bacon pizza was overdone and was a bit like rubber. And it took just under an hour to arrive. Don't order the white pizza unless you want oil crust with just cheese. Most white pizza standardly has tomatoes and basil. Customer service is lacking and doesn't care. No apology when calling and got hung up on. Last time ordering here. read more

My daughter was visiting from another state and called to order pizza. When she went to pick it up she was told she had mistakenly ordered from the Irwin store. The sales person was rude and abrupt . Will NEVER order from here again. In contrast, when she called the Irwin store to cancel they were polite and thanked her. Terrible customer service! They don't even deserve one star! read more
