I got to know my nail tech and she was very welcoming and sweet. She did an AMAZING job on my nails I'm very satisfied for it being short noticed. Price is accurate to the outcome. I came here on the recommendation of a friend, after reading the Yelp reviews I was kind of nervous. I made an appointment with Tina for 3:45, I arrived about 3:20 and they took me right away. My feet were in REALLY bad shape due to a 4 day camping trip. She did a WONDERFUL job. She worked on all the rough spots and got off all the dead skin. She massaged my feet and legs for at least 5 minutes each! And only $25! The only down side is that the chairs were not very comfy and did not massage!! The guy who appears to be in charge is very rude and bossy. Other than that, this place was great! read more

I love the staff at Donna's! They're very friendly and are flexible to work around my schedule at the last minute. I have had a great manicure or pedicure every time that I have been there. Recently, I have been impressed with the precautions they have taken for Covid-19. No one in the salon except with an appointment. All employees wear face masks and mandatory facemask, handwashing and temperature check for every customer. In addition, they have installed plexiglass barriers at all of the manicure and pedicure stations. Finally, they take care not to seat customers next to each other. I feel that they have done all that is possible to prevent the spread of the virus. I highly recommend this salon! read more

Upon walking into the salon, I immediately felt unwelcome. I was not greeted (even though every one of them looked up), and I sat there for ten minutes before being asked, "What you want?" She brought me to a filthy storage area in the back, where Donna asked me to lay on a table. I looked at the sheet (which was covered in red stains) and asked her if it was clean. She said yes, and I pointed out the many stains. She rolled her eyes and changed the sheet. I asked her to just clean up my eyebrows, because I like them thick. The wax was too hot. I came home to overly thinned eyebrows with white dots all over my eyebrow area because it was overly heated and the place was filthy. This is the kind of place where you would catch a disease. A very mediocre pedicure at best. Part of the enjoyment of a pedicure is the "pampering" and this was absent at Donna. No foot massage, barely any lotion...just not a very enjoyable experience. Perhaps you only get this if you pay $10 more for the "deluxe" pedicure. I will not be back. read more

I went here for the first time and got a manicure done. It was $12 which is a pretty good deal. The atmosphere was good and they had a nice selection of colors to choose from. They were super busy but I called and got an appointment. I would recommend good value and good service just nothing over the top. read more

I've been to Donna's a couple of times and today was the last straw. I received a basic manicure (pictures posted) and the polish job was an absolute joke!!! You can't put 5 coats of polish on with in 3 minutes and expect it's going to look good. The polish is clumped on the cuticles and tips leaving rough edges. The polish is completely uneven. And polish was left of my skin. I'm not sure how the manicurist couldn't see how horrible this looked, I could have done a better with my left hand!!! Very disappointed! This place is more concerned with rushing people through than giving them quality service. read more

Awful.... Have been there a few times because it is close to my house. My last time there, I stopped in for a pedicure. Halfway through, I noticed one of the employees cleaning another pedicure bowl with WINDEX! So probably a week goes by and my foot starts itching like crazy... Honestly, it was unbearable. I went to my doctor and she assured me it was from my pedicure. It was one of the worst fungal cases she's even seen. I was on medicine twice a day for A MONTH! I have been to Donna Nails a few times but I'm done with them. I had an appt and the time came and went and still wasn't taken 10 minutes after my appt. time. What is the point of making an appt? The guy there is rude and for the most part nobody makes u feel welcome at all. In fact they act like they are being put out by you coming in. I have only had pedicures there. The worst part is the rush through the pedicure and the paint job is never that great....they just don't care about their clientele. Sad really for a small, local business. They are very rude and most definitely make you feel unwelcome. I had an appointment - called ahead of time and was flexible to the time they said they had available - when I arrived I was barely welcomed. When I stated I called and had an appointment - the man jumped up to look at his book and then merely mumbled at me. They sure leave you with the feeling like they care less about having your business. I have had thousands of manicures, pedicures and various nail services through many years and have never experienced being treated with such unfriendliness. It shows these owners do not enjoy their business any longer. I do not recommend! So many other nail places one can go to and feel pampered and treated well. Been going to Donna #1 for 5 years. Always great work. Clean and efficient with a little pampering. If every there is a problem, you just go back in, and they fix it for free. It's not a fancy spa and they don't speak great/much English, so maybe that could come across as rude, but they are wonderful people who care about their business. I love it. read more
