I specifically asked twice for my nails to be squared and this did not happen. The pedicure seemed incomplete and the manicure did not follow all of the steps (like simple soaking at the beginning) that happen at other salons. ( I had left voicemails at other area salons on days they were open and didnt even recieve a call back. Ever.) They have a welcome promo for new customers that included a color and cut for $75- an offer I couldn't pass up, not to mention being able to accommodate an appointment within a day. I realize some customers associate an open salon schedule with bad service, (I.e., packed schedule=good salon). I disagree with that. When I decide I'm going to get my hair done, I want instant gratification and don't want to be inconvenienced for 2 weeks out. I brought an iPad with photos of the shade of highlights I was looking for and explained to my stylist Raquel that previous stylists have not gone as blonde as I have asked them too. She listened to what I was requesting, took a good long look at the photos I brought and did a knockout job on my cut and highlight. The organic products are a plus, the hot towel and head massage during the shampoo were heavenly, and the atmosphere was sophisticated and friendly, I even bought a gift certificate for a sport massage for my husband's Valentines gift on my way out. Check the salon out, support local, and reduce you carbon footprint with their earth friendly products!

Brooke was my esthetician and she took all of the tension that was in my face away. Her hands are so amazingly good I was melting. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and provided incredible service. Brooke was talking me through most of the things she was doing. The room you go into has classical music playing, a Velcro towel that you put on yourself before the facial and there's a small lamp in the corner that provides just enough light to make you feel relaxed. She gives a quick consultation and survey of your skin before she starts the facial to address your skin concerns. I would definitely come here again just for the incredible facial!
