Moreover, they are under the supervision of some doctors that know their stuff. Everything I have had some here so far, I have been very happy with. I have not had a bad experience as of yet since coming here and my dentist seems always concerned with how the visit went and makes a game plan with me to correct any Dental issues I may have. The doctors appear to me to be some of the best in the dental industry, they in my humble opinion are on the ground breaking new dental technology and always have been able to answer any of my concerns. From when you first come in, until you get out of that dentist chair, very professional and always offering me advise to better oral hygiene. I have everything almost done from wisdom teeth pulled to cleaning and polishing been satisfied every time. They are great if you don't have insurance they will work with you and if you are low income they are great. Even if you have insurance, why would you go elsewhere, they are very professional, innovative and I can tell they are well trained with a high quality load of doctors available to tackle anything that may come up.

When I mention this, he acts like it's my fault he has to give me another shot. This past time, I actually had to have three old fillings refilled. Now, a week later, two of my teeth are hurting and I have filling residue on the side of my tooth. So I have to go back in to have a routine procedure rechecked. Regarding teeth cleaning. I've had about three different dental hygienists clean my teeth and two have been efficient, but very un-nice. One is so friendly and now I make sure to always make my appointment with her. Throughout the many years my family has been treated like members of a 'greater family'. Dr Phan provides caring advice and her diagnosis has always been spot on. Dr.Phan recently helped with a loose tooth. Both doctors have excellent knowledge and great tool skills. They are always friendly, respectful, and very helpful. My wife and both kids were also treated there and it has been equally great. It is a Quality shop. MVD has clean and nice rooms (since the expansion) Their equipmenty is well maintained, and have taken advantage of technology updates. They've always worked with my different health plans. (Jobs, retirement and now MEDICARE.) The office staff works hard to arrange & coordinate associative services (Like my oral surgeon) Their communication is spot on with text and email reminders. Probably the best part for me is that I can relax in the chair with little to no stress. The techs have good technique and soft hands. I always feel great after cleanings. Dr Chen completely ruined my tooth! My nerve is ruined and…read moreI have to get my tooth removed most likely. I had a routine cavity that Dr Chen work on and ended up underestimating how deep it was from the X-ray. She did a botched filling that I had to go in and get fixed and even after that I experienced terrible pain. I couldn't even chew rice. Dr Kleinova even commented how she packed the filling too much. I couldn't even floss without it getting stuck. One day a piece of my tooth came out and I went to the office and Vincent asked me what I did to make that happen. COME ON! When I saw Dr Chen she said there was no hole in my tooth even though I assured her there was. She said it was excess filling. Then a few weeks later when my pain increased dramatically and I couldn't drink or eat on that side without sharp pain, I emailed Vincent and asked if Dr. K could work on the tooth instead and he suggested another dentist. PLEASE IF YOU'RE READING THIS DR. K, COULD YOU PLEASE TAKE ME THIS ONE TIME? I've been suffering with this for over a year now b/c I'm terrified to walk into another office. I know they fired Dr Chen as they should have since she did such a terrible job on multiple patients. I know Dr. K is a great dentist. I didn't see Dr Kleinova but the other dentist I did see was very helpful and helped me figure out the root of the pain I was feeling. I've been trying to figure it out for a year and my last dentist just said it was a cavity which it was not. The real star is Vincent, he really came through for me when I was having issues trying to get my night gear and Invisalign covered by insurance. He knows what it means to be a patient advocate. I've found my go to dentist after only 3 years of being in LA!
