Both were good interviews but I chose Tammy and PCA because of their many years experience and it's a family/woman owned company this is sorta local too. We had a discussion about a tax topic and she gave me an answer. After interviewing other companies, I was give a different answer than what Tammy gave me. I mentioned this to Tammy and she called the IRS directly and was able to verify the info she gave me was not correct (called me back almost immediately). That shows Tammy is honest, does great follow-up, and communicates well.
