I ordered two dresses and purse online for rush delivery. I placed the order on Monday and it arrived on Friday. I'm in NYC and they're in CA. That's not rush delivery but okay. When my order was delivered, the bag was ripped open. The $135 dress I ordered with rush delivery delivery was not in the bag. The $65 dress was not the same as the one advertised on their Insstagram or website. The $93 caged purse I ordered was severely damaged and can not be used. I'm not sure why this company would ship a hard item such as caged purse in a plastic bag instead of a box to protect it like a normal reputable company. So I would give these dresses a 3.5 for style and fit but a 2 for execution. They fit nice but the sowing on them are a mess for dresses that can be as much as $150+. I brought a dress and from the side it's cute but from the front the sowing is amateur. They need to tell whoever their distributor is to tighten up. I have to ask my mother (who thankfully is a seamstress) to take apart the top half of the dress and adjust it. These are tiny details that can be fixed easily but look horrible when someone doesn't take the time to get them right. Overall I would purchase basic thing from them, but I wouldn't purchase a dress over $100. read more

I've bought items from here in the past and generally they were fine but today I went in to look at a dress I saw on their Instagram which looked beautiful in the picture. I was incredibly shocked to see every single color of the dress was ridiculously wrinkled. They didn't even have the two seconds to iron the clothing before hanging it out. Then I tried on the dress and every corner I looked of the dress there were strings sticking out. I wouldn't make a big deal if it was one string on one dress. But every color of the dress had strings sticking out and the seams looked like they were done by a child. I would love to see this dress with better quality and I would pay more for it too if it were to have decent quality. This was just embarrassing on the owners behalf because these dresses had worse quality than something off shein. Please do better than this. read more

Poor presentation! I received my item today and it's a pearl top. It was balled up in one sheet of tissue paper and placed in a plastic shipping bag with no padding. The tissue paper was so crumbly as if it was reused. Considering it has pearls it should have been boxed paper for protection. Not the best quality fabric for the price. read more

I always have to hound this company for my store credit. I'm going to have to Call them again tomorrow since they never email back, answer my fb message or anything. This will be the last time I try before I have to file a dispute with my bank. The first time I received a package from them it came in terrible presentation and one of the dresses was missing buttons. The 2nd time it came better presentation wise but their sizing is just so off. So had to send it back yet again. Cheap material as well for the cost. I decided to give them a second chance and reordered the same dress and still! Stains everywhere. Very poor customer service. I found a dress I liked and could afford it because of a coupon code for 25% off. I tried to complete the order with the coupon code, but then apple pay skipped the whole coupon entry process. I immediately email their customer service, asking them to honor the coupon code. They refused. And, when I responded and asked to receive a refund for the code amount or to void the transaction, they were unwilling to cooperate. It is risky enough to deal with buying online (especially when the physical stores are not local). The dress might not fit right, the fabric might look different, the return shipping could be prohibitively expensive or the store might not take back the return. But, to have to deal with poor customer service on top of everything just makes each purchase a high-stakes gamble. Edit: it's been nearly 3 WEEKS since my return shipped and still NO REFUND on my account. read more

I've been coming here for a year now which is enough time to say with credibility that this clothing store is a very good one to shop at. Probably my favorite boutique. I've gone here for casual looks, dressy-casual, and party looks! This store offers so many unique, trendy and girly pieces. The QUALITY of most of their garments are surprisingly very good! I would say that I've had minor problems with stitching or embellishments coming off but nothing worth getting upset over. As soon as you feel the textures you can see how thick and soft they are! Very impressed. The PRICE POINTS are about an average amount. Nothing too cheap and (usually) not too expensive. $20-$80 on average. But, like I said, way better quality than your local forever21. No shade. The CUSTOMER SERVICE so far in my experience has been amazing!!! They're so quick to start me a fitting room every time and the girls always, always make me feel like a valuable customer. I give them props for keeping up the good customer service because people will not want to shop at a small store with rude employees. So good job! read more

I paid an extra $50 for the 6-10 business days shipping. Today is the 15th business day and It hasn't arrived. I needed the dress for my rehearsal dinner at my destination wedding which I'm leaving for in two days. I contacted customer service and basically their response was oh well pay to ship them back and choose another item as the ones I ordered are sold out on their site. also customer service stated they always check dresses before sending them out almost insinuating that I potentially ruined them.
