    I always pass by this place snd finally stopped by. They have an amazing selection of clothing from chill to formal to going out wear. I do have to say the prices are a little on the high end for the location. I have bought a few items hear because yiu will find things you don't see anywhere else.

    I ordered two dresses and purse online for rush delivery. I placed the order on Monday and it arrived on Friday. I'm in NYC and they're in CA. That's not rush delivery but okay. When my order was delivered, the bag was ripped open. The $135 dress I ordered with rush delivery delivery was not in the bag. The $65 dress was not the same as the one advertised on their Insstagram or website. The $93 caged purse I ordered was severely damaged and can not be used. I'm not sure why this company would ship a hard item such as caged purse in a plastic bag instead of a box to protect it like a normal reputable company. I sent them an email and they have not replied. Please do not order from this company. $277.15 down the drain.

    Crooked and lopsided center front

    So I would give these dresses a 3.5 for style and fit but a 2 for execution. They fit nice but the sowing on them are a mess for dresses that can be as much as $150+. I brought a dress and from the side it's cute but from the front the sowing is amateur. They need to tell whoever their distributor is to tighten up. I have to ask my mother (who thankfully is a seamstress) to take apart the top half of the dress and adjust it. These are tiny details that can be fixed easily but look horrible when someone doesn't take the time to get them right. Overall I would purchase basic thing from them, but I wouldn't purchase a dress over $100.

    I've bought items from here in the past and generally they were fine but today I went in to look at a dress I saw on their Instagram which looked beautiful in the picture. I was incredibly shocked to see every single color of the dress was ridiculously wrinkled. They didn't even have the two seconds to iron the clothing before hanging it out. Then I tried on the dress and every corner I looked of the dress there were strings sticking out. I wouldn't make a big deal if it was one string on one dress. But every color of the dress had strings sticking out and the seams looked like they were done by a child. I would love to see this dress with better quality and I would pay more for it too if it were to have decent quality. This was just embarrassing on the owners behalf because these dresses had worse quality than something off shein. Please do better than this.

    Poor presentation! I received my item today and it's a pearl top. It was balled up in one sheet of tissue paper and placed in a plastic shipping bag with no padding. The tissue paper was so crumbly as if it was reused. Considering it has pearls it should have been boxed paper for protection. Not the best quality fabric for the price.

    Do not order anything online from this place. The first time I placed an order, I received the dress and it had STAINS everywhere on top of it being extremely wrinkled. Cheap material as well for the cost. I decided to give them a second chance and reordered the same dress and still! Stains everywhere. When I placed my 2nd order, I ordered another dress with it and paid for expedited shipping and it did not come!! The owner said "we can ship it out but it has to get altered and you would have to dry clean it." Um what!? I still haven't got my money back from these people. BEWARE!!!

    Just came from shopping here and realized that it's about time I post a review for this place! I've been coming here for a year now which is enough time to say with credibility that this clothing store is a very good one to shop at. Probably my favorite boutique. I've gone here for casual looks, dressy-casual, and party looks! This store offers so many unique, trendy and girly pieces. The QUALITY of most of their garments are surprisingly very good! I would say that I've had minor problems with stitching or embellishments coming off but nothing worth getting upset over. As soon as you feel the textures you can see how thick and soft they are! Very impressed. The PRICE POINTS are about an average amount. Nothing too cheap and (usually) not too expensive. $20-$80 on average. But, like I said, way better quality than your local forever21. No shade. The CUSTOMER SERVICE so far in my experience has been amazing!!! They're so quick to start me a fitting room every time and the girls always, always make me feel like a valuable customer. I give them props for keeping up the good customer service because people will not want to shop at a small store with rude employees. So good job!

    Design ok, but quality of the clothing is so cheap. If they will change fabric it's will look better.

When it was finally my turn, the associate helping me was polite and doing everything right. While she was processing my return, the phone rang. The manager -- who was standing right by the register doing nothing -- repeatedly told the associate to pick up the phone. The associate answered, put the caller on a brief hold, and continued helping me. Then the manager said, "Why didn't you just answer them? Maybe their question was quick." I couldn't believe it. The associate was actively helping a customer -- me -- and the manager expected her to drop everything instead of answering the phone herself. I asked the associate if that was her manager, and she said yes. I didn't catch the manager's name, but with my receipt and the timestamp, it'll be easy to figure out who was working that shift -- and I fully plan to call corporate to file a complaint. My transaction took less than a minute. The manager could have easily picked up the phone instead of making her employee juggle two customers at once. It was disrespectful to both the employee and the customer, and it ruined what should've been a quick, simple visit. This location seriously needs better leadership.

But then, as the father of a 14-year-old girl, you would think the marketing wizards over at corporate would at least consider the possibility that I would need to venture into the store from time to time, or at least count for the possibility that I would be financing a small portion of their revenue. Sad to share that, after today's delightful experience at their Glendale location, I'm not likely to have them at the top of my gift card list anytime soon. Make no mistake, my daughter, and several of her friends, really seem to like the place. The clothes are stylish, not embarrassingly expensive for the most part, and don't fall apart after three washings. No, my issue is with their idiotic and not competitive policies regarding returns. It seems like a stupid thing, and yes I'm aware that no company technically needs to legally accept the returns. But today's trip was to exchange/return a duplicate item that my daughter received, and to be honest, we would've ended up spending more money here on new things as she shopped around. The items in question were dubbed "Brandy Boxers"-- some short shorts that are worn under skirts and such, or if you're really adventurous, apparently, as outerwear. We walked into the store, tags still attached to the unwarned items, and were informed that all sales were final on these. I can understand not returning worn undergarments, and imagine that Glendale rents and tight margins would require some strictures on turning in dirty underwear for store credit or cash. But no, these unwarned items with tags still attached were not accepted. We were further informed that items purchased online could not be exchanged in store, and needed to be shipped back for cash. When we finally arrived at some way too return one of the items in the store that was not unworn undergarments or whatever, the young lady behind the counter handed me a receipt instead of a gift card, and informed me I would be receiving an email with some kind of authorization code. None of it made any sense, and stealing a chapter from one of my old marketing classes, this was clearly designed to screw the customer after I lose the receipt, put it through the wash, forget about it, let it expire, etc. Again, Brandy Melville can make any stupid company-facing policies they want, so long as they're legal. And in this case, nothing illegal here. But the cost of that is other stores with customer-facing policies that seem to understand this is not a one time purchase like a home warranty or a timeshare, will see me as a return customer for my daughter's birthday in a couple of months, or for gifts she wants me to finance for her friends for their birthdays, or when winter turns to summer and we're shopping for the beach instead of school... you get the idea. Too bad, Brandy Melville... what a good wife you would be; but my life, my love, and my lady is... gonna be buying clothes someplace else moving forward.

I ordered several items online to be delivered to the Glendale Galleria store, which was the only pickup option offered in the app. I expected a smooth wardrobe refresh. Instead, it turned into a month-long headache. My order was split into three shipments: - one arrived the next day - the second arrived two weeks later - the third never arrived, even after almost a month. Already a bad experience. Since I don't live nearby, after a month I decided to at least pick up the items that had arrived. I picked up one package without issue, but when I asked about the second -- which the app clearly showed as available -- a staff member told me it had been sent back because they "called me and I didn't answer." I never received a call from Zara. Why say that? I asked to cancel the missing order in person since I was standing right there. I was told they can't cancel orders in store and that I had to call a customer service number. Why would I need to call a number in New York when there's a staff member right in front of me? I called anyway. No one answered. When I went back to the store, the manager offered poor excuses -- explaining East Coast hours -- even though Zara customer service is supposed to operate until 7:30 PM EST. I needed help, not a lecture about time zones. No resolution was offered. The experience got worse when I tried to check out in the men's department. Two customers ahead of me had already been waiting over 20 minutes, with no team member present in the department. When the manager finally appeared, instead of helping, she asked, "Why are you standing here?" The customer replied that they were trying to check out. The manager said, "Don't you see nobody's here? You should check out in the women's department." When the customer pointed out there was no sign indicating that, the manager responded, "We're not allowed to put up signs." That's unacceptable. Between the broken online fulfillment, misinformation, lack of accountability, and dismissive in-store management, this was one of the worst retail experiences I've had. Goodbye, Zara. It's been a long run -- but you've lost me.

Instead of offering me a store credit. She made me wait about 45 minutes pretending to look for the item in the backlog. When in fact a portion of the time she was upstairs walking around ... Not to mention, I have a disability, and my body became faint and I almost passed out waiting for her. I had to actually sit on register top because she was intentionally taking so long walking around upstairs. The way she spoke to me was disrespectful and disturbing. Not once did she apologize for the employee not properly checking me out.. She in fact became indignant in her efforts to blame me! Not sure how she is in a managerial position, as the employees at the registrar exercised more professionalism and courtesy than her... She needs to be fired immediately!
