The experience I had was despicable and if there was a zero rating, that would be my choice. Here is what happened. My wife visited I.SB. and bought a white wedding dress for her daughter. The cost was $938.00 on Oct. 7, 2025, she paid with cash. Fast forward. My wife has since was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She was not thinking clearly what she was doing and her daughter had already picked out her dress. When I called the store, I was "greeted" with a very nasty, rude and insulting clerk. She said they don't take returns. This is a special case where they should make an exception. I believe they "hard sold "her to purchase this item. I still have the receipt. If I could them zero star I would! Rude owner and rude management! It's a scam! My mother bought a dress almost 2-3 months ago to wear it in my wedding. The dress required some alterations. After 3 weeks, she went there to try on the dress, it was left just like that without any changes. They rescheduled her appointment. We went there for second time, guess what? Still nothing! without any apologies. They gave her another appointment for pick up. She went there brought the dress home. The dress had holes, still without any alterations. Two days prior to my wedding she went to them to return the dress and get a refund. Not only they didn't give her money back, they didn't apologize and lock the door on her! AVOID! The owner is a disgusting person. I brought my 800 dollar Tehrani couture dress to be altered for my sons wedding. I wanted them to add sleeves, shorten the dress , change the zipper etc. she quoted me a very expensive price and said it was because my dress was beaded and very difficult to shorten and needed many hours of work so I was willing to pay it. Their high prices are in no way a reflection of their quality of work. They did a terrible job with my dress. when I came to pick up the dress I noticed the zipper was the same so I mentioned it to them for them when paying. Only then they admitted that they didn't change it so they didn't charge me. If I didn't mention it they wouldn't have said anything and would have over charged me 50 dollars. They also completely ruined my dress when they shortened it. It kept riding up and not standing straight. Their tailoring was just horrible and completely not worth the 300 + dollars that I spent. When I told the lady at the store, she said all it needed was static spray. The whole night at my sons wedding, my dress was riding up and it completely ruined my night. Not to mention the sleeves they added were uneven and ripped. After the wedding I called the owner and she told me to bring the dress In so they could fix it. When i went in she said she would not do anything and blamed me for ruining the dress. She said I ripped it, I ruined the Tailoring and offered me no compensation or even an apology. I've been here for alteration and custom design only - no purchases off the rack. My experience was very positive. The owner was patient and knowledgeable and offered expert advice at every turn. I requested alterations to a bridesmaid dress and everything was spot on. The owner had many thoughtful suggestions and would explain exactly why a particular alteration may or may not be possible based on the type and cut of fabric. The custom-made top looks fantastic and is multipurpose: great for special occasions as well as for slightly more casual events - exactly what I had in mind and something that I'd been looking for in shops/ online for ages, but never found anything suitable. Let me tell u something about this place I went there with my sister to look for dresses and their attitude was nice the little tiny girl was super nice and very helpful so we tried some dresses and gave 100$ deposit so they can hold and went to downtown and found the exact dresses half the price so since saw i can save sooo much more from downtown i went back here and told her im gonna use that deposit to purchase a dress for my 11 year old niece and guess what her attitude flipped in a min she didnt even wanna look at my face or talked to me and she put sky high price on the dress and she was being super difficult with everything she charged me 450$ gave me "20%" discount and charged me tax and it became almost the same 450$ for a dress that was 170$ in downtown. So be prepared to get ripped off if u go here also they have to really work on their attitude read more

Very unhappy with the service provided by them this time around. This was our third time using them for our dresses. That sales girl, Gayane, completely lied to us. We ordered two dresses, one for my sister and one for my mom. She told us the dresses would come in one week and they were both available. We gave them one week and then after that constantly called and they kept saying it's on its way. We were one week from the wedding and gayane called my sister and said they found the dresses. When they got there they noticed my mom's dress was two sizes too big. My sisters dress on the other hand, they were trying to give the floor sample claiming it's the new one she ordered. My sister quickly realized that it was not new because this dress was extremely used. When she brought it up they had no idea why this girl (who by the way conveniently wasn't there) would tell us the dress is there and also would promise dresses in a week because they can't check inventory on Saturdays (day the dresses were "ordered.") Now the only reason this review gets 2 stars is because the owner was very attentive. She was able to over night the new dress for my sister but the size 12 dress for my mom wasn't available hence why this girl took it upon herself for order a 16!!! They told my mom they would alter her dress smaller for free (OBVIOUSLY YOU NEED TO DO THAT ITS YOUR FAULT!) My mom is also a seamstress and if the dress arrived in a week like it was promised, and it was the right size, she could've done the small alterations like shortening the dress by herself. But since at this point we were 5 days from the wedding she had no time considering it's her daughters wedding. THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE HER FOR THOSE PARTS OF THE ALTERATIONS!!! Our family will definitely not be shopping here. With the amount of fabric cut from my mom's dress, they should've given 50% of her money back cuz they can make a new dress. NEVER AGAIN. All because they didn't want to lose the sales they lied! Imagine mother of the bride and sister of the bride has no dress less than a week from the wedding. So lucky I found this place. I was walking on Ventura and saw this boutique, I was looking for a dress for my nephews Baptism. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcoming, I told the the girl working there what idea I had and what I was looking for. Loved the way she was so helpful and really tried to help me find the dress I was looking for. Thanks to her we picked out a few dresses and I fell in love with the dress I decided to get. Is there a way for me to give this -0 stars? I went in hoping the bad reviews were just one off issues but I was incorrect. I needed to buy two formal dresses for weddings at the beginning of next year and came here because it was close to my house and looked really cute. I was welcomed with an extreme attitude by an older woman when I walked in and was quickly told that if I wasn't going to buy anything that day, there was no point in trying on any dresses. Um, that's exactly the point. Am I not supposed to try on a dress to see if it fits and then buy it. Instead of just leaving, I picked 4 or 5 dresses and barely talked this woman into letting me try them on. With each dress she quickly took them out of the dressing room, as if I was going to run naked through the store stealing dresses on the way to my car. Nope, I wasn't going to do that because who would ever. Her attitude from the moment I entered this store was hideous and I left feeling pretty irritated about this experience. I later found the dress that I liked most on various other places at less than half the cost. Not only was the experience terrible but the prices were absolutely ridiculous. They also write down your high school and the dress you bought so anybody else from your school who comes into the boutique won't buy the same dress as you. In style boutique - Karen & Ana are extremely helpful. I had 11 bridesmaids in my wedding and they were by far the best dressed. In style boutique has an array of dresses to choose from but the best part was the price given to my bridesmaids which was inexpensive & reasonable. They worked with each individual bridesmaid, fittings were done in a timely manner, they contacted the girls about the alterations, and everything went so smooth. Their collection of dresses range from every type of occasion. If the collection in the store doesn't suffice they also have catalogues of vendors they are authorized to sell/order. My bridesmaid dresses were beautiful and thanks to Ana, the dresses were ordered quickly before they were discontinued.
