Yesterday I was driving down victory Boulevard in North Hollywood and I had to go to CVS. I spotted at CVS that I've never been to before and I also saw a Subway sandwich store. I had a coupon for Subway sandwich and I had to go to CVS so I thought this is an ideal location. Nestled in between the queue, was this little tiny boutique with the most beautiful clothing in the window. So of course I had to stop. Let me tell you it was unbelievable. First of all everything in the store is something I would buy. Which is rare for me because I'm very picky. The merchandise here look like Neiman Marcus or Saks, Fifth Avenue. The merchandise was very high-quality. Very fashionable and very high-quality. What I loved about the merchandise is that it was mostly separate. And because I'm a petite person that is important. But the prices were unbelievable. I couldn't believe that most of the merchandise was $100 or less. Some of the dresses were $150. But most of the merchandise was so reason to be priced that I spent almost $800 without batting an eyelash and got six outfits. Lizzie was delightful. She had several customers, but she made me feel like she was concentrating only on me. She reviewed each out Vet and gave me your honest opinion on whether or not she liked it on me. She wasn't just trying to sell me something. She owns the store. I finally figured out that the Zie was the last part of her name. Duh. Sometimes it takes me a minute. But it won't take me a minute to go back in the future. I'll be back soon. I can't wait to see what's new.

It could be earring, purse, shoes, blouse, leggings and even cocktail dress. Owner, Asya, is a wonderful and helpful lady. She will make sure that you leave the store happy and satisfied, and if you like something but it's not your size? This nightmare happened to me at the Sherman Oaks, Galleria Windsor store…read more After calling several times and waiting for a call back, I finally decided to drive to the store myself--which is two hours away--to try to find an item that the system showed as in stock. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I had a very unpleasant experience. Before going to the store, I had read several online reviews mentioning issues with the manager and the customer service at this location. Once I arrived, I realized the reviews were completely accurate. The manager was extremely rude, condescending, and seemed to have a very unprofessional attitude. I was the first customer at the door when the store opened. I walked around and went to look at the sale rack. The pricing on the rack was very misleading, so I asked the manager for clarification. I asked whether the price shown applied to all items on the rack or only to the prices written in red pen on the tags. She responded in a very rude and condescending tone, saying, "Ma'am, the prices are noted on the rack," without making any effort to clarify. I ignored her attitude and continued shopping. I then went to another sale section where a sign clearly showed that the shoes in that area were marked at s. I asked a sales associate if the price applied to the shoes I had chosen, and he confirmed that it did. I selected two pairs and proceeded to the register to pay for all my items. When I went to pay, the shoes rang up at full price. I explained that there was a sale sticker on the shoes showing a specific discounted price. The manager responded by saying, "Sometimes customers change the prices and it's not our fault." I told her that I understood that mistakes can happen, but as store management it is her responsibility to ensure that inventory and pricing on the sales floor are correct. I also explained that as a customer, it is not fair for me to be misled by incorrect pricing after spending nearly 30 minutes selecting and trying on the shoes, only to be told at the register that the price was different. Instead of trying to help or look into the issue, she continued to speak to me in a rude and dismissive manner. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, condescending, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I genuinely do not understand how someone with her behavior was chosen to manage a store. As the reviews on Yelp and other platforms clearly show, I am not the only customer who has experienced this type of treatment at this location. There are many similar complaints describing the exact same issues with the manager and the poor service provided.
