The owner denied any responsibility and refused to give a partial refund even though on his invoice it states "ALL WORK PERFORMED AND PARTS USED SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR 90 DAYS OR 3000 MILES". New mechanic also pointed out a freshly stripped axle as well. Now I'm out $1,000 with damage to my vehicle because of his mistake and negligence. Marc refuses to refund me even $200. Even now, if I was given a partial refund I'd be happy to remove this review, as we are human and make mistakes. But I won't hold my breath.

They called to inform us that we needed to replace our ball joints, and we're willing to replace the ball joints at a very reasonable price as well as getting the parts we were kind of aware that we may need ball joints beforehand Before they could proceed with the alignment they needed to replace them we decided that we were going to have them install and get the parts for us, but after a night of sleep, my husband, who is very capable of doing all of the work, decided that he would do the work and then we would return the truck for them to continue with the alignment

The code recommended me to replace plugs, wires, vacuum leaks and various other crap. Matt said, "I'd love to take more of you're money but let's start with the exhaust. Take it to a exhaust shop and have them leak test it. Then come back, see me and we'll go from there." Being new to Derry, I had no clue where to find an exhaust company locally so Kyle and Matt both recommended Lou's Custom Exhaust.
