I paid to have it put together and installed, due to bad installation / assembly I had a hydraulic line failure already after three small snowstorms! Cost me hundreds in parts and labor to repair last min and when contacting Donovan and speaking with Jim & Jay they left me with NO resolution and offered a $30 hose to replace the ruptured line. All set with this place!!! What a joke!!! It isn't reasonable to assume that within 7 weeks of paying for a "professional install" and almost $8k for a new plow that this was just maybe installed incorrectly on their part? The owner simply stated that I didn't follow "warranty guidelines" as it broke at 3am and couldn't wait hours or maybe days to repair so ALL costs I incurred are my responsibility. GREAT Customer service!! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your business!

The parts side of this business is a plus. Everything you can think of is here for the everyday things. The location is right over the Mass line and right off Exit 5 on 93. I didn't experience smoke and mirrors in this place, I guess common communication and experience in heavy truck/trailer work makes them stand out.

I called. During the drop off, I encountered three individuals, and they were very friendly, very personable and seemed like one of the best places I have walked into in a very long time. Definitely a place to do business with if you have a big rig or in our situation a Camper. They called to inform us that we needed to replace our ball joints, and we're willing to replace the ball joints at a very reasonable price as well as getting the parts we were kind of aware that we may need ball joints beforehand Before they could proceed with the alignment they needed to replace them we decided that we were going to have them install and get the parts for us, but after a night of sleep, my husband, who is very capable of doing all of the work, decided that he would do the work and then we would return the truck for them to continue with the alignment

I was ghosted by 1(a)st priority. Can't speak to the quality of service because I never got any. If you're stranded and need help on a Sunday afternoon, don't call Last Priority.
