The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. Quality work and excellent customer service…read more My Sentra was starting to have transmission issues. Aamco took it for a drive and tested the transmission fluid and found that the fluid was very deteriorated but nothing else wrong. Changing the transmission fluid worked wonders-the car is now running smoother and much more responsive and powerful, even then the highway goes uphill (where it was sometimes having problems before- now it's maintaining speed and power and shifting to a higher gear as it should). They even offer local transportation when you drop off/pick up. Thank You Aamco! Highly recommend, will come here for all maintenance.

I came to this location because I was told they had 3.5-inch piping--simple enough, right? I…read morebrought my own performance muffler and clearly explained what I wanted: cut off at the flapper valve, extend with 3.5-inch pipe, weld in my muffler with a turn-down, and use the existing hangers. The goal? A clean dumped exhaust just before the rear axle, well past the cab. Instead, I got a hack job: no pipe extension, the dump sitting directly under the cab, and the exhaust hangers welded straight to my subframe like that was a good idea. So not only did they ignore the plan, they made sure I definitely won't pass inspection now--because it doesn't even clear the cab. Impressive.
