The key to our son's car fell apart and he lost the chip, so the car wouldn't start. We had a duplicate key bought from some kiosk at Menard's that wouldn't pair, so the theft system on the car prevented the key from working. My keys for the door were inside as we usually go in through garage. We had no way to get in and after calling numerous "emergency" locksmiths claiming to be open 24 hours but don't answer.... I called pop a lock. Initially they told me that they didn't have anyone available. But shortly after Rah called me back and said he was on his way. He came and helped us get the door unlocked.
