Called and left a message at 9:50 am but he didn't get back with me that day. I called at 9:39 the following day and he picked up the phone. No apology nor an explanation why my call wasn't returned. He said he'd be available to do it in an hour. Fine. He showed up within the hour with NO MASK! When i asked him where his mask was, he told me he didn't need it because he had covid twice . I should have turned him away but i needed to get into the apartment asap because i was showing it to a prospective tenant. He told me on the phone that he accepted credit cards. I couldn't find my purse but told him that i had the numbers and security code. He demanded that i have the plastic card because it could be anyones card . I didn't have it so he said he would follow me to my home . I couldn't find my purse at home but he was now willing to take my credit card number with the security code. Duh? This is the locksmith who unlocked an apartment without knowing who i was but didn't trust me for a credit card number with security code? And yes, he was paid in full and not denied payment. Obviously some problems here. I should have turned him away when he didn't show up wearing a mask. As a multifamily apartment owner/manager i have an occasional need for a locksmith but i will NOT be using this one again. read more

Complete garbage and very unprofessional! He showed up once to try to make a key for my car and couldn't do it so he ordered a new part and was supposed to come back and install it. It has been a week and all I got so far was a "I have the part and I will be there tomorrow," and a "oh sorry it's cold outside so I will be there tomorrow." Guess what? He never showed up and now he won't even answer his phone. The bad part is that the one time he showed up he seemed like a nice guy. On to someone else I guess. read more
