Don promptly responded to my voicemail within 15 minutes. He scheduled us for service the next day at noon. I had decided to deconstruct the door lock myself, but came to a point that I could not figure out. I took some pictures and Don described to me what I needed to do to complete the job. I was successful after an hour of work with a final product functioning perfectly. The only thing is that I put the pin lock in upside down so the handle was upside down. Ugggh! The 2nd time around was much faster. Don was super humble, professional, and helpful. Although he did not charge me, his character, work ethics, and friendly demeanor should garner your attention.
