Donuts are great here! I love that they're open late; I never felt like donuts are much of a breakfast food. The workers are very generous with the donut holes. I'll keeping coming back.

We frequent Donut Driver in a lot. As many times as we have been here, the donuts are always so FRESH! Consistently fresh and good size donuts every single time. Tuesday at 8:00? Fresh and delicious. Pull up, go in, wait your turn, place your order, walk out with fluffy, yeasty goodness

Inside the front door. You'll (not) get lost in this place! But it's a killer donut.

This little donut place is the best place around anywhere. I don't care what donut you get here, they are great renditions. Try the place - you'll become a fan on the first visit!

I wish I could give this place 10 starts! It's a small, but mighty spot. I've always seen it and finally stopped in today. The guys at the counter were SO KIND. I let them know it was my first time, and although they were busy, I didn't feel rushed or like a bother. There is a wide variety of donuts and they're so good! I can go on and on about this place. I'll definitely be back.

Hands down THE BEST donuts in STL! There is a reason there is a line out the door. The space is small and the staff is super friendly.. and their donuts are amazing!

They have a small private parking lot. No drive thru, but a drive in to physically go inside and order. I was greeted at the counter. It's tiny inside. They have cased donuts and ones on racks behind the counter. The cinnamon donut was good but unexpectedly cold. Nice establishment. Give it a try, can't really mess up a donut as a donut shop. I'd try glaze next time.

Hands down best donuts in STL. The texture and flavors are impeccable. Every single donut is delightful!

You can only give this place 5 stars but they should get 10. The best dive donut place in St Louis (I know that there are a lot of really good ones but I'm here now). Stop in here for your sugar and donut cravings.

I am visiting family from St. Louis but always wanted to try this donut spot! I saw it off an STL food account and this donut shop has been in business over 50 years! We decided to go early on a Sunday morning- around 8am and even then the parking lot was completely full! There was a line out of the door, however it moves quickly. I am glad I looked online to get a sense of what they had because inside was madness. It's super super small- and there are typically 3-4 employees helping at one time. I really couldn't even see the donut case because others were standing in front of it. I picked a random assortment- a Chocolate Long John, Marble Iced Yeast ring, Glazed jelly filled, Sugar Jelly filled, Chocolate iced Custard, Chocolate Iced Cake and Sprinkle Chocolate Iced Cake. They have a ton of options, but they are all classics. Nothing fancy and I appreciate that. The donuts were all very very good. I really liked that the ones filled were actually filled- not half dough. It was hard to pick but I do think I preferred the yeast ones over the cake. But seriously you can't go wrong. I am already planning another trip back!!! Overall experience 5/5

These are the best donuts in STL! Service is friendly and fast in a small store front. I have had A LOT of donuts from this joint (at least 1 or 2 a week ...lol) and never a bad one! Blueberry Cake and Chocolate Custard are my favorites

Red velvet donuts, glazed donuts, Chocolate Boston cream donut, blueberry donut.

Oh my goodness! When I tell you these are easily some of the best donuts I've had! I seen this location randomly one day on TikTok and had to try it out. The bakery is small but that's to be expected, as it is called a drive-in. They do have cute spots outside where you can sit, relax and enjoy your donuts. When you first walk in, you're immediately greeted and helped with. The gentleman at the counter helped my boyfriend and I decide on what to pick out. Letting us know that their glazed donuts are the freshest. The staff are very polite, patient, and cheerfully helpful. We couldn't decide, so we bought a variety! These were my favorite; The red velvet donuts were so soft and delicious, The glazed donuts were just like the worker said (fresh) and so perfectly made, and the vanilla sprinkled donut and just perfect! I definitely recommend this donut bakery! The price of the count of donuts isn't bad, and it's so much more worth coming here rather than simply going to Krispy Kreme. The donuts here are far more fresh and delicious!

The donuts were really good and you can tell it is very fresh. Service was great, friendly service. The place looked very clean. Definitely recommended to try here and enjoy some. I got the red velvet, vanilla with sprinkles & chocolate drizzled French cruler.

    On their website FAQs.

If you are allergic to nuts DO NOT come here. They have false advertisement or maybe they're just ignorant. I have severe peanut and tree nut allergies so finding nut-free donut shops are very hard to come by. On their website's FAQ section they clearly state that their facility is a nut-free facility as of 2025. My excitement was through the roof! However, when I got there I saw multiple donuts with nuts on top next to all of the other "nut-free" donuts. When I asked the guy at the counter he said "everything is nut free except..." If they're going to say on their website that they are a nut-free facility that means nothing in their kitchen should have nuts. No cross contamination, no nuts, no exceptions. Otherwise it's a liability and a bold faced lie.

Or at least that's what I like to romanticize. My wife and I are kicking off donut Wednesday with a trip to Donut House on Morganford. I described ourselves to the proprietor as long-time passersby, first-time stopper in. The blueberry cakes were light, fluffy and blueberry bombs. The apple fritter was like a light, fluffy deep fried apple pie...great cinnamon and tart apple...maybe the best I've ever had. The custard filled chocolate is my personal litmus test...this one was good but not great. Could have used more custard BUT is there ever a bad donut??? NEVER. Glad we stopped in and will do so again. FYI there is seating inside and plenty of off street parking. Plus the light at Morganford / Seibert makes going an easy in / out. A Cautionary Tale (a real one, not a tall tale): First, I…read morecan't say that I'm writing a super fair review, because I haven't ever been into this donut shop. But my mom bought us some donuts from Olde Towne Donuts. I had a bite of a chocolate cake donut and it tasted fine. However, after eating a chocolate Long John, my 15 year old son informed me that he needed his rescue inhaler and some Benadryl pills, because he was having an allergic reaction. We didn't eat anything unusual for dinner. And the donut was the only other thing he ate. When I called the shop to ask if they use any kind of soy protein or pea protein in the ingredients- sure enough, they do. Before calling, I had searched on their facebook page a little to find out it if they had some special feature to their donuts- like "healthier" because of added protein, but I didn't see any mention of ingredients. When I called to ask, the girl who I initially asked wasn't sure what kind of ingredients they used, so I guess a head baker or owner got on the phone and confirmed that they used soy protein in their donuts. I'm not mad- thankfully my son was pretty quick to recognize it and was home where we were able to give him what he needed right away. Still, I caution not only customers with allergies or sensitivities, but I also have a strong word of advice to the owners: if you don't already have notices of this added protein ingredient posted in the store clearly as a warning, as well as on your website/ social media pages, I urge you to do so. It could seriously be a matter of life or death. My son has what people typically refer to as a "peanut allergy"; people who truly have that allergy are not allergic to nuts (I suppose someone could also have a nut allergy on top of it), but they are allergic to much more than just peanuts; it is a legume allergy. Legumes are plant foods formed inside pods, like beans, peas, and pea"nuts". Nowadays, there are so many unexpected foods that can cause an anaphylactic reaction for people with a legume allergy, because so many processed foods have protein as a filler (like highly processed frozen chicken nuggets). And now manufacturers are proud to boast their food item has "added protein". It is the legume protein that causes the severe allergic reaction, known as anaphylaxis. Which can often occur immediately upon ingesting the allergen and the life threatening symptoms can progress in just a matter of minutes. Thankfully, my son's reaction is not immediate- he usually has at least 30min before it becomes serious requiring immediate intervention, and lately he's been able to curb it by taking Benadryl, but he has had many ER visits and epinephrine as a young child. I have often been warned and urged by nurses and doctors not to take the risk of waiting, but to use the EpiPen injector and call 911 as soon as it is realized that ingested an allergen- even before symptoms- or as soon as he has symptoms -even if he's not sure he ingested an allergen. My point in sharing all of this is to emphasize the importance and seriousness of the matter. Please make it known to your customers in some obvious way (and certainly such that your employees would know) that your delicious donuts are made with soy protein (or pea protein or chickpea protein, or lentil protein- believe me, those are all used as added plant proteins.) Reading labels is second nature to our family, but it's so hard when something fresh made incorporates the allergen into their food that would not typically have added proteins. We love donuts and have eaten them from so many different donut shops and houses of donuts all over the country, but never encountered a hidden allergen in the dough. Let the people know, please!
