I had an all American Breakfast. Called the Biscayne something, forget the second word lol the lady who took my order was extremely nice! Very funny and friendly. I loved the setting, very old school, not fancy at all, very Jersey diner vibes which is what I loved because I'm from Jersey. I will definitely be coming back every time I visit Key Biscayne.

Wow, this place is a gem! Laurie waited on me at the counter and she was so happy and pleasant. Ricky was cooking and made me an awesome breakfast. Over easy eggs and crispy bacon and grits....oh man were they good. Not too soft and not too lumpy. Just right. This place has a throw back feel with the decor. There are a lot of colorful locals that were there. Can't wait to come back and try lunch.

The name of the place, Donut Gallery Diner, may be a little misleading as they don't have any donuts, let alone a gallery of them. It's a little hole in the wall of a place, basically, diner counter seating though it has several tiny two table seats along the wall and an outdoor area in the parking lot. But above all, Donut Gallery Diner has been around a long time (established in 1972) and is a popular neighborhood institution; the most popular place for breakfast. And though breakfast is their basic thing and served all day long, they have a good menu of burgers, sandwiches, melts, etc. I had their Ted's Special which was really good with a sunny-side-up egg atop melted American cheese, ham, bacon, and tomato. The place is super friendly and will bring you back in time to the early diners with their snappy service and chat talk.

Loveeee the Donut Gallery. Everyone knows that it is a key Biscayne staple. I have been going here with my family for over 25 years now and they still have the same friendly faces. My go to is the Ted Special. It has all the things- egg, cheese, bacon, bread, hash browns, tomato.. you get the idea. It's probably one of the best things on their menu. Always consistent and always yummy!

An excellent place for a quick diner type breakfast. I took a start away because of the prices but it is Key Biscayne

We were able to get a few spots at the counter for the classic diner experience. The ambiance and history of the place is neat, with it being a real diner train car that was converted over the years and brought to South Florida. People have been eating in the structure for a long time! Overall, the food was tasty. Everyone was really happy with what they ordered. The burgers were larger and not the small patty type, and there were more than enough fries to have something left over by the end. Service was quick, which is one advantage of sitting at the counter. It can be a fun stop on any trip. Five stars!

We are passionate about following expert award winning chefs so are critical of service, presentation and quality of food. And we travel around the world experiencing flavors of the world. Our recent experience at Novecento was spot on! Checking off all the boxes (as Paul Hollywood would say on the British Bake off ). We took advantage of the '34th anniversary lunch / dinner menu". A great 3 course meal at almost half the price and to top it off the '50% off Tuesday' special on the fabulous wine selections. My burrata and my husband's Ceviche = fabulous and generous. All 3 of us ordered NY Steak, again spot on - cooked as ordered, and a generous portion, and flavorful. I rarely order mashed potatoes and not only did I eat mine I had to help my aunt with hers too! The deserts- also something I generally skip - I couldn't resist; excellent Flan, outstanding Crepes with Dulce de Leche with spectacular vanilla ice cream. And the Wine!!! Absolutely amazing. Thank God my husband is quite a connoisseur of wines. It was fabulous to the last drop. Luis Perez was our waiter and he was truly focused on our any everyone's needs. Not missing a beat to make sure orders were paced nicely, not crowding you or rushing you - so your intimate moment was unforgettable ! Congratulations for the service and food BRAVO . It was cute inside, it had a very welcoming vibe. I started off with the Mongolian Beef Pastelito. Loved it. It reminded me of a Chinese food Cuban fusion. I would get this again, but I'm really kicking myself for not trying the Guayaba y Queso Pastelito. The Malanga Latkes were AWESOME. It came with a guava apple sauce and a saizon sour cream. These are must get when you visit. Thank me later. The Bao con Croqueta was great. The kimchi slaw paired great with the ham and shrimp croqueta. I also loved that it was in a bao. I'd get this again, but I really want to try the Duck. And you know I had to get the Cast Iron Pancake. It's legit, it's not just a viral menu item. It was soft on the inside and soaked up the syrup, the outside had a nice crust on it. The flaked sea salt was a nice touch. I'm STILL thinking about this pancake and I'm upset that I don't live in Miami because I would have gone back the next day for this. LOVED IT and you will too. I tried my friends breakfast sandwich. I don't remember which one it was, but it was terrific. I had the Short Rib Boliche, which was braised short rib, white rice and an egg. It was great, but honestly, with everything else on the menu I was just whelmed. Next time, and there will be a next time, I'm going for all new dishes because despite leaving there satisfied and full, I have food regret.
