Customer service is always spot on. Employees are welcoming and ready to serve you. Their products are fresh and enjoyable. Although I've never actually had a seat and enjoyed my food with them, their dining room is always clean and a fairly quiet atmosphere.. On occasion, I've been there with a group of men that are enjoying their coffee and donuts with friendly conversation. Fun designs and colorful frosting. Occasionally, they have coupons for a free donut or a donut of the month (usually from the paper). My favorite is the cake donut with shredded coconut. As a bonus, they are one of the few donut/coffee chains that actually carries coconut flavoring for coffee! Probably wouldn't get a breakfast sandwich from here though. I mean I'm sure they're good, but why get a sandwich when you can get donuts?? Tip: Want to win over your new co-workers? No problem! Just bring them donut holes from Donut Mart on your first day of work and you'll be their new favorite person for the day. read more

There are a number of good things about Donut Mart. The service is great. They have donuts, bagels and muffins. Their selection is usually quite good. This location is convenient, spacious and clean. I can't comment on their coffee. The bad, well, the donuts are so-so. Maybe I'm spoiled. I've had some amazing donuts in the past. Donut Mart is a significant step up from Dunkin Donuts, which I can take or leave (and if you know how much I love donuts, that's really saying something!). However, Donut Mart isn't nearly as creative, or as tasty for me, as Rebel or Duke City, both of which are excellent. Donut Mart is worth a visit. read more

You know, you've got your fancy unique donuts, and you've got your mass produced bulk donuts; I think Donut Mart falls in between there somewhere. I really liked them and will be returning often! Unlike Rebel Donut, these guys have a much better selection to choose from and the place has a nice warm vibe to it. We popped in fairly close to closing, and like any good business they hooked us up with a discount on a dozen. Very friendly and it looks like they have plenty of bagels as well to go with your morning coffee. We're fans, and I think you will be too! read more

Ordered thru Door Dash - WHAT A DISASTER. NEVER AGAIN. Food was WRONG, delivery was an hour late b/c the store didn't start making the food until after the dasher was there ... when I called the restaurant to complain - not one shit was given. Local. Delicious. Friendly. Stopped in for a morning snack, couldn't have been happier. Lots of fresh donuts. Coffee, bagels and smoothies. It is bright and clean inside. We were welcomed with a genuine good morning g as we walked in the door. A homeless looking man walked in shortly after us and he was treated the same way we were. We are HUGE fans! read more

BETTER THAN DUNKIN' BLOWNUTS. Cheap, local, better quality. Super extra cute employee in my opinion. Some of the best bagel and croissant sandwiches for the price around without any good smaller bagel shops around. Einsteins is way too pricy I feel. They want gold for over manufactured McDonald's level production. read more

Delicious donuts and a huge variety. I recommend getting there early for the best selection. The restaurant is large with lots of seating. It would be a great place to meet up with friends or colleagues. Order at the counter. Offerings include regular donuts, fancy donuts, and bagels. They have a coffee bar selection of drip coffee and include a dark roast! Yum. No drive through and parking can be tight. Drive around back for more parking. The only *slight issue is the door dings constantly as people come and go so it's a bit distracting if you're trying to work. read more

I love donuts and one would think that I would be in Donut mart all the time. Surprisingly, I just don't get the good vibes in this place. It usually takes a while to get served and there is only one on the counter most of the time. Maybe it s just wrong timing on my part. I go there after work, maybe it is their peak hours. My daughter and my husband rave about Donut Mart, I just don't get it. I bought the apple fritters I heard was the bomb but it is just too dry for me. I still prefer the donuts I get from Dunkin' or even from the grocery stores like Albertson's or Walmart. I also am not comfortable when I pay because there is a question that I have to answer about what percent of tip I will give. I tip when I eat in restaurants, but I don't think I need to tip when I'm only picking a donut or two on my way home and especially when the person on the counter is not giving me a service as good as another place nor beyond what's expected. We went here because Dukes was closed on a Saturday morning (shouldn't a donut place be open on the weekends?!) Anyways, it was pretty good! We got the buttermilk, cinnamon roll, maple, chocolate and cherry (with sprinkles of course!). The buttermilk was my favorite. It had a tiny bit of crunch on the outside while the center was nice and moist (I hate that word but I couldn't think do something better. Flavorful?). My husband got the everything bagel. He didn't complain about it so it must have been good (I was too engrossed in mine to ask lol). Anyways, go here! read more

Oh, maple bacon donuts! There's a whole slice of bacon, right on top of the maple frosting. Sweet, salty, crunchy, and so much cheaper than I expected! I'm not saying this lightly: I'm not sure there's a place in town with more gracious and welcoming staff, who have all been friendly and efficient as well. Lovely people, all of them whom I've met. Prices are what they are these days - actually, Donut Mart Cafe is on the reasonable side compared to a couple local places I'm calling to mind. There's a tiny seating area for those intent on relaxing with a caffein related refreshment and a fresh donut. Today, just 10 donut holes & half doz other types. The donuts were great. Each fresh tasting, the cakes were moist as were the mini fritter & cinnamon rolls. The filled versions were loaded with filling inside a yeast donut. Now we have dessert to last a few days.

Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations. Great customer service goes a long way, and they absolutely nailed it.
