So its a bit awkward because there is a sign asking you not to seat yourself until you've ordered your food. It can make you feel a little anxious because if its really busy, where are you going to sit. We saw people waiting around not knowing what to do. Let me start by saying our food took way too long to come out, I even saw someone walk out because they were waiting so long on their food. I saw someone waiting for their food who sat close to us, and it turned out to be a to-go and I was like darn, that felt like they waited 20+ mins. For what they have on their menu, I feel like they should be able churn out food orders pretty quick. A couple who ordered after us, got their full food order before we I got my French toast and everyone else at our table got their food. It felt like 10-15 min wait on my food after everyone at the table got theirs. There was also an issue with our order because we were waiting on a side, but then I guess it was never added to our order per our server. We sat in the front corner and you can see the whole cook area, this also means if ventilation isn't on point, your clothes will soak in that aroma, like my jacket did. Food itself was good, nothing bad about what we received, but the wait time on food was way too long. I was leaning a 3.5 star which would make it a 4 star review, but the hiccup with the order along with the wait time just killed my experience. Not going to lie, I went to Filiberto's afterwards because I was still hungry after eating my stuff French toast and half of my girlfriend bagel.

After enjoying our coffee, we visited the 15+ small local businesses in the same building called The Albuquerque Collective, where you can find numerous items, products, services, and unique awesome gifts. My wife purchased non-greasy LAVENDER SENTED LOTION that smelled amazing and BEAUTIFUL UNIQUE EARRINGS. The EARRINGS from DESSERT DOG DESIGNs were unique and beautiful, WOW! The earrings are hand made, come in different shapes and sizes, and include a real flower inlay. The QUEEN ANNE's LACE FLOWER in the earrings we purchased was BEAUTIFUL, BRILLIANT and SPECTACULAR, see images. I'm looking forward to the live music, food trucks and activities in February! Visit ABQ Coffee and The Albuquerque Collective soon.

As part of the Collective, ABQ Coffee is charming surrounded by local goods and friendly people. The menu is comprehensive, with breakfast and lunch items, from chilaquiles to tortas. The breakfast bagel screamed at both of us and we also got an ube matcha and a mazapán coffee. The toasted bagel was full of fluffy omelette with cheese, bacon, and tasty green chile. Definitely a nice breakfast item if you want to be full and very satisfied. The ube matcha was a nice matcha and the mazapán coffee definitely had the spirit and essence of a mazapán. Overall, this was a good first experience at ABQ Coffee that kept us interested in trying other things, especially that mango adovada on tacos, tortas, or burritos.
