I just left there.......$9.52 for an Apple Fritter and a cup of coffee. My first time there, and definitely my last! I mean, donut & coffee, $10.00? I asked the lady about a refill on my coffee and she just laughed and shook her head! (No)......The Apple Fritter showed no signs of ever having been anywhere near an actual apple, and the coffee sucked! We found wonderful, freshly-baked donuts at the Donut Post in the city of Lake Haversu. This little shop is locally owned and serves a variety of glazed and frosted donuts, fritters and muffins. She even has doggie donuts! You can get a cup of coffee or juice. Service is quick and friendly. There are a few picnic tables outside if you want to sit and eat your donut. She is located only a block off of 95 so easy on an off. The parking lot is tight and a little congested. read more

The coffee here is strong and smooth with a rich, deep flavor. Every sip is bold but not bitter, making it a perfect pick me up. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots. read more

This place is gross! The worst donuts ever! To top it off it was expensive too. We got two medium coffees and two donuts early in morning around 5:30 am and both donuts were old. They were at least two days old. I'd expect donuts would've been warm and fresh considering it's early in the morning. I will never go back. Save your money and don't go to this place. We paid $12.50 for two medium coffees and two old donuts. The donuts were dry and flavorless...we threw them away. I wish I had read other reviews about their old donuts. read more

I chose to tag along with my man to his favorite place in town to get donuts. He went there for some donuts and I wanted to try their house-brew coffee, which is quite lovely! I'm definitely a super-sweet coffee-type person, and it surprised me when I only needed a few creamers for the cup I ordered. I'm all about flavoring my coffees with, well, a lot.. ^___^ Most of the time I ask myself whether I truly Enjoy coffee, or coffee-hinted hot beverages haha.. But anyway, the customer service was divine and homey. I recommend this place due to it's lax and comfortable nature. My visit this morning was maybe my third time, so I probably should have reviewed them sooner! I've had their donuts too! The last one I enjoyed was a blueberry muffin-dough-style with a nice, blueberry icing. Decided to try out the new location on the south side. Parked out front, walked up to the window. No one up front. I stood there for a bit listening to the employees chatting away in the back. Peered inside through the window and saw someone doing something in the back. They didn't look in my direction. There wasn't a bell or any way to let them know that I was there. I could have yelled through the window, but I figured if the employees don't even get the very basics of customer service that any interaction with them would just be a frustrating experience. I got in my car and left. There were no other customers around. I guess that makes sense because who wants donuts and coffee at 8:00 in the morning anyway? I mean, besides everyone. I usually prefer to shop in locally-owned businesses, but here in Havasu you're often better off patronizing the corporate chains that at least understand the basics of running a business. read more

Donut Post has been around forever and I only recently gave it a try. First, it's a donut place. That means you need to go early - especially in Havasu. If you walk in around 11am, they are probably going to be sold out or have low inventory. They only make a certain number of donuts each morning and when they are gone, they are gone! Second, it's a LOCAL donut place. The prices are going to be higher than the donuts at the grocery store. Thankfully, they taste better than the ones at the grocery store, so it's worth it! Service is beginning to lack here. While half way through our order the phone rang. Which isn't a big deal if you ask them to hold for a second. But, instead they took the call and began to give me a doughnut I didn't request. The doughnuts and muffins are good and fresh every time we've been in. We were looking for a buttermilk doughnut. We were told they made them the past two days. But didn't make any for today. In the time we've been coming here I've never seen a buttermilk doughnut. I asked if they would make more. She repeated they made them the past two days which was already relayed. I asked again but was given the same robotic answer.
