A small town means fewer people, which also means you can score the viral stuff a lot easier, so I was able to get that big viral bucket with a drink fairly quickly and with ease. I came with my family to get a small hot chocolate with oatmeal and this is the portion I received, cup was half full, which it's unbelievable. When I asked the young lady to add more milk she said she had mesures it correctly. I honestly didn't want to lose my cool and just asked her for hot water ... There is absolutely no good customer service here, this young lady did not even offer if there was anything she could do to compensate for my half empty cup. This will definitely be my last time here ..Looking at the frequent bad reviews here, the business owner should be worried. This location everytime is disappointing. Saturday morning and they are out of almost every single donut flavor is just unacceptable. Always short staffed and the staff they do have are not properly trained. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. Finally got my 2 drink order and it was wrong. Had to go inside to get it corrected and it took another 10 minutes. They should help customers who have already paid before helping new customers. They offered no apology...not even a my bad or we're short staffed. Not even a smile on anyones face here. Employees or customers. Everybody in this place is pissed off. Rightfully so i guess. I have been here twice and only ever used the drive-thru. Both times I have visited, there was no one in the drive-thru. I was able to order and receive my order right away. Both times, the employees who took my order and handed me my order was friendly and helpful. The service was good. I haven't eaten anything here, I've only ever tried their hot lattes. I recently tried the pumpkin swirl and it was a very good pumpkin latte. I would order it again and liked it better than Starbucks version. I have also had just a hot latte, which was good. The espresso wasn't bitter and it tasted good. Not the best, but I'd drink it again. The location is just okay. Kind of hard to get to, if you see it from the highway and want to stop. However, there is plenty of parking but I don't know if that really matters. They seem to have outside seating, which can be nice if you want to enjoy your order outside. I used to go to dunkin everyday 2 years ago. I stopped after they started making my drink super inconsistent every time. My last deal breaker was when they didn't make my online pickup for 30 minutes, kept me waiting for 10 minutes when i showed up and then made me the completely wrong drink. Here and there I try it out again to give it another shot and it always disappoints. Today I went in and they gave me practically crackers of hash browns and an ash tray tasting coffee. I've stopped here on several occasions and I must say, the staff is very friendly and they know how to brew a beverage. There is a nice selection of donuts and there were fresh each and every time I purchased them. The store was always clean and again, the staff was always friendly. Wait times were minimal and it was nice to finally blow the dust off my Dunks card. And trust me, it had been a while! The store was easy to find and the drive-thru was pretty busy. There was some nice seating inside and the exterior of the store was well kept. From the donuts to coffee, everything was great. I will certainly be stopped back next time I'm in Lake Havasu. read more

My friend and I went through the drive thru, we pulled up, waited about 5 minutes, no one greeted us through the speaker so we had to call out to the drive thru attendant several times! We placed our order (2 hash browns, 2 snackin bacon, 1 everything mini bagels, and 1 chicken wrap - not complicated). We weren't given a total until we finally got to the window. We weren't greeted when we reached the window, the female employee just opened the window and hurriedly said the total, I handed her my card, she gave it back to me and closed the window. We waited for nearly 20 mins before we called to the lady who took our payment. She came to the window finally and asked "are you still waiting on food?" We said we were and we were greeted with nothing but attitude from her. She closed the window and we could hear her yelling at someone in the back. Our food had been packaged up and sat next to the drive thru window that whole time, she angrily grabbed a few napkins CRUMPLED THEM UP, threw them in the bag and shoved the bag at us. Just because we asked what donuts they had left after the one that was asked for was unavailable as well as the 2nd one we asked for. The coffee is almost always very good. Been there about 8 times, a few times customer service was off but most times customer service was very good. Tried the wake up wraps which are decent for the price. First time I got the hash browns the were perfectly toasted, but I have gotten them about four times since and they have too much oil for my liking. I ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns the first reaction the order-taker gave me was "its gonna be awhile" I told her "ok well I have already been waiting awhile but thats what I want to get I have been in line 20 minutes" her response was "well we are slammed so do you still want that" and I said "yes I have already been waiting 20 minutes so I will wait" This was not a gracious means by any way of telling me that they were busy.. you're busy I get it its all good but still my position is to order and yours is to take and make the order but somehow I felt as if ordering was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE on her. I get it computers go down things go wrong but I'm still a customer. Then i get to the window, repeated my order was asked to pull to the side and then was brought my order. We always go to Dunkin Donuts, DD's now Dunkin'. Living on the East coast it's a daily routine. I've been to Dunkin' in Lake Havasu City twice, and was quite disappointed. First off, it's very difficult to open the front door because it's so heavy. It's extremely difficult to open the door with medical issues so, you have to bang on the glass door so one of the employees can open the door for you. Once inside, I ordered my coffee and the coffee came to me luke warm. The coffee was not hot at all. It should be brewed at 195 degrees. Everyone that goes to Dunkin' knows they have piping hot coffee but I didn't get piping hot coffee at the Lake Havasu City franchise just like warm which is a huge no no! read more

The customer service was iffy and in general seems very poorly managed. Couldn't even tell who the manager on shift was. They forgot our waters, one of our orders, forgot apart of the order that was forgotten. Ordered pizza mid shift and left two girls in the front to deal with the entire drive thru line. Bathrooms were poorly kept. It took forever to get our food to add onto the issue. Overall I see why this has a poor rating, it suits this place. read more
