It was stacked, the establishment was incredibly hot and miserable to wait, then we ordered, and the machine was taking forever to run the card through. Then, once it's all said and done, the employee tells us he forgot to charge us for the donut holes. I come here every week for my kids, and they know us well. Seems odd to me to make us wait to run a card again for donut holes they forgot. If I hadn't allowed my 3 year old to eat one already, then I would have handed them back. One other gripe is that they overcharge for basic donuts but I didn't mind paying because the customer service was amazing, and the donuts are bomb. Now, I don't think so. The fact that the employee knew he didn't charge us, stood there dumbfounded as he fussed around as he was trying to decide if it was worth charging us the $2.99. I spend probably $100 a month between my kids and events, I hope the $2.99 was worth it.
