This is a new sensation in the city of Delano, Ca ! This place is very new. Its a small location with not much room inside but the menu and the service is straightforward. I love how the baristas are quick to take out your orders. I tried the turo latte and my boyfriend got the white chocolate latte. Everything here was so delicious. The coffees were 10/10. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. As you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. I would also recommend their pastries! The cheese rolls were my favorite.

Visiting from Las Vegas but born and raised in Delano, I had to stop by this new bakery and coffee spot and I'm so glad I did. I love supporting small businesses, especially Filipino-owned ones, so this visit meant a lot to me personally. This place is more of an order-and-go spot rather than somewhere you hang out for a long time, but don't let that fool you, the quality of what they're serving is top tier. You can tell there's a lot of care and pride put into everything. I tried their Spanish bread and it was soft, fresh, and perfectly sweet, definitely hit the spot. But the real standout for me was the Turon Matcha. It was honestly such a unique and delicious combination. The matcha had a great flavor, not too overpowering, and what made it even better was how they serve it with a turon (sweet banana egg roll) on top. That extra touch really made it feel special and elevated the whole experience. Parking can be a bit challenging, especially during busier times, but it's a small trade-off for what you're getting. Overall, this is such a great addition to Delano and a spot I'd definitely recommend checking out. I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in town!

Came in today since I seen this place on TikTok and I thought I'd stop by just to try it out since I mean they have. I have tried the Filipino bread but it's very limited this place offers a lot of quality suite and regular they make empanadas the chicken and pork and then they do hotdog like kind of in a blanket, which are delicious. They do these cheese, puffs or rolls or I don't know what they're called. They are to die for the customer service is great. There's about four or five up in the front so there's always somebody helping you. They're very busy so I would highly recommend coming either early morning or early lunch cause I believe they probably get slammed with Customers. They just opened about two weeks ago but it's a must try. It's a cute little spot very clean they have everything labeled so you know what you're ordering and I highly recommend if you're in the area in Delano and need to try something new. This is a spot if you need a coffee, hot or cold they got both and if you're needing something sweet or hungry, they have both also so anyways yes I highly recommend this place. It's delicious. It's delicious and it's something you must try.

The line is long but it goes by quick you have different types of bread to choose from and even some finger foods like lumpia's and beef sticks and other items. Turns out its about 35 min away from me, um ok worth the drive. After reading the reviews I read they sell out pretty quickly and I realized how right they were. When I arrived there was just a few options left and not knowing what to get I watched a customer come in and make an order, to which I of course responded with I want what she ordered. You cant go wrong when you watch what is everyone's favorite. I got lady fingers, sweet cream rolls and banana filled what I believe to be a lumpia wrapper. 6 lady fingers, 2 rolls and 2 banana yummys for $7. A steal! They only take cash so be prepared for that. The lady fingers are bread with sugar coating(not at all like the Italian lady fingers that are more cookie like). They were still warm ftom being fresh made and 3 for $1 how can you pass this up. Soft, sweet bread and a hot cup.of coffee. I would be in heaven. The sweet cream rolls were soft, and pillows. When I got home I put some of my Amish made Cinnamon Pear Jam that I wrote about in a previous review and it leveled up and it felt illegal eating it. The banana lumpia dessert was good, of the choices it wasnt my favorite but im not the biggest fan of fried food. It was crispy, and the sliced bananas inside was cooked nicely and not mushy. The banana flavor was subtle but there. I would have rather had a stronger banana flavor but to me the fry oil was overpowering. The bakery has been there for ao long, do not expect an over priced fancy bakery with mid products. Youre going to an older bakery(been around since the 80s and the building probably hasnt changed much) where they know how to bake the tried and true Filipino desserts and breads without gimmicks or trends, and because they keep interior/exterior basic they can keep the prices down. This is the kind of bakery you come to for quality old school products and service, everyone is helpful and kind and they deliver the most delicious breads and desserts. I will be back soon to try their Pan de Coco!!

It's probably a good thing that this is in Delano and not in Bakersfield because I would be there all the time. It's nice to see Fil Bake Shop expanding. D'Cafe is fairly new, but the baker knows her stuff. I've had my fair share of goodies from here and I think my favorite is a toss up between the crinkle cookies and the newer item which is the empanada ube hayala. The empanada texture is more like bread versus an empanada to me, but the filling is what makes it really addicting. Everyone in Delano has had the lady fingers at Fil Bake Shop, but has everyone in Delano tried the ube lady fingers from D'Cafe? If you have not tried it yet, then you better get it before it's sold out for the day. Just when you thought the lady fingers was the best thing, they one upped it with ube. FYI if you've never been here before then just know they only take cash. Parking is a little bit crazy, but when you get to the front of the line then you'll be greeted by friendly aunties and uncles waiting to serve you warm/freshly baked bread.

We stopped by today to pick up some desserts for our 4th of July celebration. We were very impressed with the selection available, ranging from hot pastries to cool sweets. The bakery is super clean and well designed. The desserts are definitely not the kind you would find at other local spots, and it's great to have such a variety available locally. We picked up a carrot cake, a chocolate soufflé cake with wild berry and cream filling, and a pistachio cake with berry and cream filling. They were each packaged in a single serving size, cute container. The cakes were fresh, moist, and the cream topping was perfect! Not too sweet, but just right. We also bought some delicious lemon cupcakes, and a couple of croissant type of pastries that had a cream cheese filling and guava filling. They were fresh, hot, and a treat of flaky goodness. We also got a chocolate cookie that was inspired by one the owners sampled in New York. It's topped with delicious crumbled pistachios and was very good. I'm looking forward to taking my granddaughter here so we can sample more of their treats. I know she's going to love it. I can't say enough about this place. The owner was very helpful and courteous. Everything we bought was fresh and delicious. The bakery is super clean and the aroma of the freshly baked goods is amazing. We will definitely be back for more!

Spent $40+ on some garbage. Sorry to say but this was truly garbage. Fried mushrooms come with a baby amount for 5.99. Zucchini is $1.20 each im guessing since I only got 5 pieces that are small. Burrito is literally a hard burnt overly cooked tortilla. And the best thing here is the jalapeño poppers because its most likely store bought. The oil used was the same oil they fry everything and it is probably a month old oil. I ordered this right before lunch time today. Milk shake was also horrible, think they used 1 scoop of ice cream and the rest was mostly milk. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Very poor quality food and probably should be closed down. I was craving a nice greasy drive-in burger with a side of fried mushrooms. The burger was good, just like I remember it being. But the side of mushrooms only came with 7 for a price of $5. Maybe I'll give Elmers a visit next time.
