New dessert place in town so you know I had to be there! Place is cute, clean and outgoing. There are tables and chairs for you to sit in and enjoy your sweets. They have a variety of desserts from funnel cakes, deep fried Oreos/twinkies, different flavor ice creams, boba drinks, coffee, teas, crepes and other yummy desserts to choose from. Personally, I've tried the strawberry cheesecake crepes, the fruity pebble pancake cup with ice cream and the deep fried Oreos with cookies and cream ice cream. ALL SUPER SWEET AND SO GOOD!! My favorite is the strawberry cheesecake crepes. I didn't get it with ice cream though and regretted it so next time def will add ice cream. Actually any of the desserts that calls for ice cream as an option, def would recommend adding that! I will for sure try their funnel cakes next time too. Mind I say, it's nice that there's a place we can go to that has funnel cakes without having to wait for the fair to come into town (Bakersfield/Fresno). Definitely a good spot to visit when you have that sweet tooth kicking in!

Wanted to come try this place out. Seen it on instagram and it had major resemblance to sweet bites n ice in Bakersfield... Almost identical logo but I did confirm with the place in Bakersfield and there is no connection.. They've got cute decor and wall backdrop for a good photo op. We ordered the fried Oreos.. will update with review on that. Update: Fried Oreos weren't bad besides some of them not being fried all the way. One order could be shared with others, definitely recommend to get ice cream with them. I will have to go back and try something else.

During my time in Delano, I was fortunate enough to receive a recommendation to visit a local spot,…read moreand I took the suggestion. The moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in a cozy atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff were warm and welcoming, taking the time to explain the menu and offer their recommendations. My parents were drawn to the Filipino Halo Halo, a classic dessert that showcased a variety of fruits, and creamy milk in a stunning display of color and texture. I give it a 6 oit of 10. It was missing some main ingredients. However, I opted for the Thrifty flavor, featuring chocolate malted crunch ice cream that proved to be a rich and indulgent treat. I give it a 5 out of 10 only because it tased like it was sitting there for a while. One major concern that might deter me from coming back is the fact that the seating area is quite compact. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there were only two tables, each with a capacity of two people, which seemed a bit restrictive. My initial intention was to grab dessert and engage in conversation, but the limited seating arrangements made it challenging to do so. As a result, we opted to enjoy our desserts in the parking lot, which, thankfully, had pleasant weather. Overall, I think this establishment is better suited for customers who prefer to take their orders to-go, rather than dining in. I would return just because I support small business and believe that every purchase makes a significant difference to the local community.

As you enter you are at the register, but if there is someone ordering you're all up in each others space lol. The service is friendly and quick. They offer a variety of paletas and snacks. The paleta my wife got was fire, a gansito one (a mexican version of a twinkie, filled with jam, cream and covered in chocolate) It was really tasty. Everyone enjoyed their ice creams. The quality of the items was obvious. Everything is made in house. Bomb!

Turns out its about 35 min away from me, um ok worth the drive. After reading the reviews I read they sell out pretty quickly and I realized how right they were. When I arrived there was just a few options left and not knowing what to get I watched a customer come in and make an order, to which I of course responded with I want what she ordered. You cant go wrong when you watch what is everyone's favorite. I got lady fingers, sweet cream rolls and banana filled what I believe to be a lumpia wrapper. 6 lady fingers, 2 rolls and 2 banana yummys for $7. A steal! They only take cash so be prepared for that. The lady fingers are bread with sugar coating(not at all like the Italian lady fingers that are more cookie like). They were still warm ftom being fresh made and 3 for $1 how can you pass this up. Soft, sweet bread and a hot cup.of coffee. I would be in heaven. The sweet cream rolls were soft, and pillows. When I got home I put some of my Amish made Cinnamon Pear Jam that I wrote about in a previous review and it leveled up and it felt illegal eating it. The banana lumpia dessert was good, of the choices it wasnt my favorite but im not the biggest fan of fried food. It was crispy, and the sliced bananas inside was cooked nicely and not mushy. The banana flavor was subtle but there. I would have rather had a stronger banana flavor but to me the fry oil was overpowering. The bakery has been there for ao long, do not expect an over priced fancy bakery with mid products. Youre going to an older bakery(been around since the 80s and the building probably hasnt changed much) where they know how to bake the tried and true Filipino desserts and breads without gimmicks or trends, and because they keep interior/exterior basic they can keep the prices down. This is the kind of bakery you come to for quality old school products and service, everyone is helpful and kind and they deliver the most delicious breads and desserts. I will be back soon to try their Pan de Coco!!
