This is the best donut shop in the IE their donuts are big and fresh and warm every morning so flavorful they have the best cheese danish Ive ever had and the ham egg and cheese croissant is so good. I can't ever eat donuts from a dunkin or anything like that after having these. Their blueberry old fashioned, cheese danish, chocolate chip bar. Never have I ever had a doughnut like this! This morning I ordered a chocolate bar and maple bar. They were so fresh that they were still warm. The had put the maple topping on and told me be careful it's still wet. The chocolate was perfect! The bites had a crisp to it, and it was warm. As I was eating it, I told my husband I have never had a fresh doughnut like this before. We come here, but today, wow! The best doughnut! Thank you! read more

I probably wont come back. I went for Valentines day to get heart shaped doughnuts. The young guy behind counter was not friendly. No smile and not very greeting. He looked very mad to work on Valentines day. After we picked up our doughnuts, he said ,"Is that it?". Then when it came to pay, He gave us our total. I was looking for the device to pay. Then he rudely said, "right there!". After we paid, he slid our doughnuts, and said "Here!". Not even a thank you or happy Valentines day. 1 star for doughnut being fresh. read more

If you are in the area and need a good doughnut or sando, give them a try! If you are like me and like to keep the sugar or filling to a minimum then this is the spot. Honestly, I love me a sugared doughnut every so often and this place always gives me a sweet tooth fix. The doughnut is soft and fluffy, yet crunchy can't explain it. I went here on a Wednesday mid morning to grab a donut and a drink! I ordered the bear claw and a large sprite! Tell me why my sprite looks yellow, and not clear! I don't know if they ever cleaned out the filter or the hose, and when I took a sipped of it. It tasted funky, and I ended it up throwing it away. Called today to speak to the owner/ manager regarding supplying my store on Mondays and Wednesdays with fresh donuts. The owner/manager wasn't there so I asked the cashier if I could leave my phone number and they could give me a call back and the person on the phone started yelling "NO THANK YOU!" This morning I stopped to get a travelers coffee tote, luckily I asked for price and I was told $35. I thought it was high n I asked how many small cups it serves n he said 10. I asked how much is a small cup of coffee n he said $2.25, so I told him it was way cheaper buying individual n asked why. amazing service with a lot of selection for a donut shop.... which is impressive. THEY HAD PRIME THE DRINK which is very rare in my eyes so it was nice to get my gym drink along with a donut and u can get PROTEIN SHAKES LIKE !!!!! insane definitely recommend. they got thai tea and a lot of chips and other drinks as well. Wow! I have FINALLY found a vegan donut shop! The man working was very helpful and showed us all the vegan donuts (there were tons of options). You cant even tell that they are vegan. My boyfriend and I were weary about them being vegan so we asked if they made them vegan on purpose and he told us about a family member that couldn't have milk/eggs and clarified that they were vegan. So if you have doubts don't worry, we questioned him! Amazing, will be back for sure. read more

So happy I found this place. Their chocolate and glazed donuts were vegan. I was able to order three dozen for a party the next day. Everybody said how good the donuts were and that they were so light and fluffy. I will definitely be back. The service is awesome. Decided to pass multiple other donut shops and head to donuts xpress based on their reviews & menu. Walked in and was greeted by a man behind the counter without a mask rearranging the donuts. My husband and I turned around and walked right out. During a nationwide pandemic I was really shocked and disappointed to see a business allowing their employees to work without a mask. As a nurse it's so frustrating seeing the complete disregard for the health of others. read more

I got two vegan donuts and they were very dry. And it had a weird taste. It did not taste fresh at all. I've eaten vegan donuts for the last 10 years so I know how it should be. Customer service was mediocre. Woman looked tired and annoyed especially after a phone call she received. First impressions was not great experience. Pineapple Drop - 8.75/10 I was expecting the cookie to be a bit drier, but that was just my initial assumption. The pineapple flavor came through nicely and wasn't overly sticky or "tacky." Palmiers - 10/10 Baked to perfection. Flaky, soft, with the perfect amount of crunch. The flavor was beautifully balanced and those sugar crystals were delicious. Felt like I was sitting in a South American bakery. Turkey & Cheese Croissant - 7.92/10 The croissant itself was perfect, the turkey was good, and the cheese was just okay. In fairness, we only ordered this because they were out of the ham & cheese croissants (which we love). If I had never tried the ham & cheese version, this one would probably land in the high 8s or low 9s. Unfortunately, the turkey & cheese just didn't stand a chance against the original. Monkey Bread 10/10 Holy cow! The monkey bread can be described as addictive... the monkey bread is baked with pecans on the bottom, cherries mixed in, cinnamon and a soft dough drizzled with frosting. The monkey bread was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The pecans and cherries were perfectly balanced in the monkey bread creating a delicious snack. One last note: We went back up to order more palmiers and the wonderful lady working the counter (Maria) gave us a complimentary one and a monkey bread. Super kind and thoughtful; she actually helped guide us to the carlota as I was wanting a lemon bar or tart and they were out of them. She suggested the carlota and described the taste and she was perfect in Her recommendations. Maria deserves employee of the month!
