We've had this company for a little over a year. When we initially started with them it was twice a week, and a lot of the techs they were sending out were incompetent. One girl was terrified of dogs and thus wouldn't clean one side of our yard because of a neighbors dog that was on the other side of an 8' privacy fence. Others left the gate open, didn't cover the whole yard, would show up and then leave without actually cleaning. Only one employee stood out, Natalie. I tried to cancel once and after a conversation with the owner/manager, I kept my service with the agreement that Natalie would be the only one to service our house and if she was off or on Vacation then we would just skip a week. This worked for awhile, but then slowly they started sending other techs back out and the problems returned. The final straw came last month when Natalie quit. The tech who came out next was by far, the worst. We were home when he came. I watched as he sat in our driveway for 5 minutes, went into the backyard, spent 30 seconds "cleaning" and then left, leaving the gate open and failing to do their standard "two laps sweep" of the yard. I went out there and counted no less than 10 piles of dog waste that he had left. And our dog is 120#, they aren't small, easily missed piles. I called to complain, as their policy is to come back out and fix it. What I got was a too bad, sucks for you. I immediately canceled then and there. Would not recommend to anyone. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 0 is because of Natalie.
