If I could give zero, I would. My wife and I called on 3 separate occasions to see about getting service. The 1st 2 times, no one called us back. The 3rd time I was informed that the number is a corporate number and then they contact a franchisee to have them contact us. When we explained that no one has returned a call, we were informed that if they do not do the service, then they will just not call us. Zero for customer service, and considering we could have been a long-term customer, then they lose that too. The person at the corporate office said "I can't make a franchise call you" You will never have us as a customer. read more

Overall my experience with doody alls is that they're A customer service nightmare. Policies that aren't defined prior to signup. Inability to have service at the time needed for my schedule. Changes of service days with less than 24 business hours notice. This wasn't the franchisee that I used and I can't figure out how to delete it. read more

We had a 1 year contract with DoodyCalls for two pet stations in my committee and they stopped servicing the pet stations after roughly 3-4 months without notice. Attempted to contact them via email/phone with no real success. They are a terrible organization and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. If suing them was worth the time and energy I would sue them for the shear fact that they broke the contract without any notification. Don't use their service, find another reliable company. read more

After being a customer several years and changing techs throughout they just stopped coming. I called to inquire and I was told "they no longer service my area." NO heads up or communication. I'm a disabled senior with two large dogs. THANKS A LOT! read more

If I could give this company negative stars I would. After a very promising initial exchange via email, I was unceremoniously told that my house is the wrong configuration for their service and that a back yard that requires you to enter via a front door is unacceptable to theiir lawyers. Sorry I picked the wrong kind of house for them. Apparently they only work on properties laid out on Texas like acreage with independent streets feeding said back yard. Boo Hoo, I didn't conform to their needs. Poor customer relations at best. Overweening arrogance at worst. I'm not going to rebuild the entire complex because their attorney has a yellow streak. I;d recommend them to any homeowner who wants to add humiliation and frustration to their existing problems. read more

Overall, not impressed with Doody Calls. Their pricing is pretty spot on with other companies, but their customer service is seriously lacking. We've had this company for a little over a year. When we initially started with them it was twice a week, and a lot of the techs they were sending out were incompetent. One girl was terrified of dogs and thus wouldn't clean one side of our yard because of a neighbors dog that was on the other side of an 8' privacy fence. Others left the gate open, didn't cover the whole yard, would show up and then leave without actually cleaning. Only one employee stood out, Natalie. I tried to cancel once and after a conversation with the owner/manager, I kept my service with the agreement that Natalie would be the only one to service our house and if she was off or on Vacation then we would just skip a week. This worked for awhile, but then slowly they started sending other techs back out and the problems returned. The final straw came last month when Natalie quit. The tech who came out next was by far, the worst. We were home when he came. I watched as he sat in our driveway for 5 minutes, went into the backyard, spent 30 seconds "cleaning" and then left, leaving the gate open and failing to do their standard "two laps sweep" of the yard. I went out there and counted no less than 10 piles of dog waste that he had left. And our dog is 120#, they aren't small, easily missed piles. I called to complain, as their policy is to come back out and fix it. What I got was a too bad, sucks for you. I immediately canceled then and there. Would not recommend to anyone. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 0 is because of Natalie. read more

This is an outrageously bad organization from top to bottom. On the - very - few occasions the attendant even got out of his car, he only took a couple steps into the yard. If we paid by the individual dropping that's been picked up since last summer, this would be roughly $600 per dropping. The poor service is from well before the coronavirus. We called multiple times without response. We spoke face to face with the attendant multiple times. We spoke to the phone agent at the company headquarters multiple times. He promised the local supervisor would call. This happened multiple times. The local supervisor, on the two or three times he actually called, promised to look into and call back promptly. This never happened. We have an email saying they tried to call repeatedly and had refunded our money, as requested. I have not spoken to them and they refunded only one month. It is so frustratingly inadequate. Stay as far away as possible. read more

Despite multiple phone calls to the company, I have not had service in weeks (and this is the second - and last - time that I have had to hound the company). When I call the number listed on the website, I am told that my concerns will be passed on to the local company who services my area - I have yet to receive any phone call or anyone to service my yard. And, they charged me for services that were never provided - my home office looks directly into my back yard and I have not seen anyone for close to 2 months! The worst service ever. They either don't show up...Or I have to micromanage them by calling three or more days after their missed appointment and beg them to come out. They gave me no explanation for these missed appointments. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service. They are unbelievably unreliable. This "service" is a waste of money. They come out to your house, leave a sign on the door that they were there, and fail to pick up the waste. I have called and complained, and each time am told that someone will get back to me, but no one does. I am going to discontinue service. read more
