During the meet-and-greet, Erica took the time to get to know Kira and her routine and preferences. For example, Erica asked about Kira's favorite toys, and where she might hide. When I am away, Erica sends daily text updates and pictures, which puts my mind at ease. When I return home, Kira is happy and relaxed. The litter box is clean, and her food, and water fountain are full. Erica's reliable, attentive, and loving care make my trips much more enjoyable because I don't have to worry about the care Kira is receiving.
