Front staff is excellent and friendly. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes to get seen for an appointment. The facility is new and clean. Blood work can be done one floor below! A good example: Called Wednesday afternoon feeling sick expecting to make an appointment Thursday or Friday. Got an appointment for 6pm (!) in and out by 6:20, had meds by 6:30 at the pharmacy. Called today with a followup issue, spoke with the triage nurse within an hour. Got a text message a half hour later that new meds were waiting for pickup, even before she called back to tell me they had put the prescription in. These people are golden.

I was put on meds less than a year ago for anxiety and tried to fill it at the end of January. Apparently it was a day too soon, so the script got denied, okay fine. So I am now calling back and forth between CVS and this office trying to figure it out. Not only did every person in this office (BOTH nurses and P.A's AND front office staff) gave me the run around and were COMPLETLEY disrespectful. I called my meds in on a Friday, and called every day the following week.. literally Mon, Tues, Wed, Turs. with NO response as to why I dont have my meds. Frustrated I went in for an apointment knowing we would get it all straightend out. Saw my PA and she said she will call in my meds. Left the office that Friday at 2pm- called CVS at 4:45PM and my doctor has LEFT for the day, WITHOUT FILLING MY SCRIPT. I am now going on day TEN with ZERO meds, and not so much as a call from ONE person working in that office. They are incredibly rude, not understanding, and just unprofessional. I will 100% be going to a different doctors office after this miserable and UNACCEPTABLE two week mix up.

The support staff at Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Wilton( 3044 Rte. 50) make an effort to acknowledge each patient as soon as they walk through the door. Mrs. Kirkpatrick(check-in),Suzy (nurse)and the lab tech( sorry can't remember name!) were personable and helpful as was the lovely lady who wished me well on my way out the door. I've had good experiences with my primary care physician. For one thing, he's not quick to push new…read moreprescriptions and he doesn't overreact to issues that you bring. And I never feel rushed; we cover all my questions, and his, with no apparent eye on the clock. The nurses and physician's assistant have been fine to deal with, too. When I've wanted something quickly like a flu shot, I get a reasonably quick appointment. Another review mentions doctors not taking new patients. Sadly, that's a problem all over Saratoga Springs. I carefully interviewed friends for recommendations a few years back and every practice I called was closed to new patients. Someone suggested my current physician and luckily he had moved in recently and wasn't yet to capacity. I consider myself lucky to have gotten in with him. But, my point is that it's hard to find a doctor in this town and that's not a reason to downgrade the rating here.

I tried to ask Dr. Mouhab Aljajeh some questions, but he rushed me through, insisting I sit down (for a 1 or 2 minute "surgery") and did not answer my questions. I would have walked out but was leaving area for 2 months and needed better vision. Then, I found out the TOTAL bill is $1100 because the surgery center bills their share and Mouhab bills his share, so basically it was twice their estimate. CDPHP said this is allowed and nothing they can do.
