Within two treatments, I was suddenly able to move my arm and turn my head. Over the next 10 weeks I rotated through 5 of the 6 therapists. Each had their own methods, they kept it fresh. They patiently trained me on how to exercise, coached me to not overdo it. I would never have imagined that being anxious to heal could be detrimental, but I researched it, they are right. Everyone was spot-on professional, including the front office. They are also very nice (fun, even) to work with. I thought I would dread PT; I came to look forward to it. I highly recommend High Peak Physical Therapy. Jeff Merrigan and his associates are the best. by the way, I see Randy B's review. Jeff owns the place; he is actually a Dr. of Physical Therapy. When I first walked in, I was very nervous (as I was in great distress). Jeff was the gatekeeper of the PT process. By the end of treatment 2, I was confident I was going to get better. Jeff's an expert, he kept track of my progress. I never met Brandon; I suspect he has moved on. If I ever need PT again, I would not hesitate to come back to High Peaks. As it turns out, a lot of the people I know at the gym also recommend High Peaks.

Do not go here please ! This is a fraudulent medical centre. I walked in here last August with my…read moreson . The two individuals at the front desk checked twice that my insurance was in network , and reassured me that it was. They were not ! I got lied to! I received care from a nurse only who advised me to take my son to a hospital for appropriate care for a wrist fracture. She was unable to provide a splint that fit him correctly. I drove 4 hours following this visit to North Shore University Hospital to receive the appropriate medical care. I received a bill with fraudulent charges for almost $500 . I have reached out to customer service and the centre so many times since receiving this bill with absolutely no customer service. I was charged $220 for a $10 brace that did not fit my son ( a CVS type brace) . My son received an appropriate splint later in the day at North Shore University Hospital . The charges on the bill included medical supplies on top of the ill fitting so called splint , all which I did not receive. Along with my insurance, I have called customer services endlessly and they promise to adjust the bill, but have not done so in 11 months!! Furthermore, my insurance has also reached out to billing along with me on the phone, and the representative from Emblem was simply horrified by the way that I was treated on the phone by the representative. When I contacted the Queensbury NY Well Now Urgent Care Center , the person that I spoke to informed me that complaints about billing happen daily at this centre. The manager at the centre has not returned ANY of my calls for help! This is a nightmare!! Please do not attend a Well Now Centre . I do not want anyone to experience the nightmare that I have had since a visit here last summer!
