The fried egg rolls were good, but more reminiscent of lumpia than an egg roll. The Iced Ube Taro Milk Tea was really the icing on the cake, it was so good that I went back and ordered another one without ice to have the next day. It's sweet, so may not be everyone. There was a $1 up-charge for the no ice option, but that seemed fair considering how much more tea you get without the ice.

I have seen the stand many times, but never thought to grab a coffee for some reason. I was greeted by Crystal who I later found out is the owner. We got 2 café lattes with sugar-free Irish Cream. I want to mention that they have a very good selection of sugar free options. While Crystal was fresh brewing our espresso she was very friendly and talkative, almost like we've known each other for years. The coffee was excellent and wasn't overshadowed by the milk or the sweetener. You could actually taste the coffee and could tell she was using quality products. She has her little shop front decorated so cute! You can tell that Crystal takes a lot of pride in her small business, as well as the products that she's pushing out. I believe she has coffee shops in other HEB's but I'm not sure which ones exactly. I love supporting local, as well as small business but the cherry on top is that it's also woman owned.
