During the project the initial door installed was very close but didn't match perfectly with the other doors in my community. Had a damaged garage door from a car backing-up incident. Contacted this company through text message and sent a photo on a Friday evening and got a text back within an hour or so. They had availability Saturday morning 10am-12pm window, which was fortunate! Most companies aren't even available on the weekends. At 10:30 pm I heard a loud explosive noise come from my garage and upon exploring discovered the garage door torsion spring had broken. Efforts to open the garage door failed and with my car trapped inside the garage and a doctor appointment pending in the morning I was in a bit of a panic to get the door fixed immediately.
