A rep from Dilworth came out and put new rollers on the bottom of the door. It worked good until the next day when it didn't. I called the company and told them about it. My handyman was out a couple of days latter and I told him about the door. He went outside and opened a latch and put a screwdriver in and turned it a little. The height of the rollers were adjusted and the door slid perfectly. I called Dilworth and told them about that. I told them I didn't need new rollers. I just needed the door to be adjusted. They said someone would call me back. I called several times and they always had a lot of excuses. Nothing was done. I paid $480 for nothing.

Despite paying over $70,000 for new doors and windows for the front of our house, the experience and quality of the install and product are horrible. The installation resulted in one of the sidelight windows on our door being shattered, and the replacement process took over 8 months because they ordered the wrong size window for the initial replacement. We live in the heart of Chicago and this posed a safety concern. This also caused us significant financial losses because we rent our house for production and photo shoots and were unable to do so with a shattered front door (which is front and center in our living room). To make matters worse, Revisions refused to offer any form of discount or credit for their mistakes. During install they also realized they didn't measure a door frame correctly which resulted in a change order and them charging us more than our contractual agreement. However we just experienced the biggest issue less than a year after our doors and windows were installed. The recent snow and rain in Chicago revealed a major flaw - the french doors in our bedroom are leaking, allowing massive amounts of water to seep in, which has caused significant damage to the trim, flooring and ceiling on the floor below. This experience has been a nightmare and the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They sell a commodity product -- look elsewhere and you will find much better quality and service. I wish I did.

Once we made our choices, Palma, they wouldn't order until they shut it out, their lead carpenter to recheck all the measurements and look at everything because he would have to install it. 30 years as a homeowner, I've never seen a place do that. Of course, the door was back ordered because of the pandemic and supply chain issues. Once it came in they not only worked quickly and efficiently, (ripped out the old door and all the side lights down to the sill and brick, reinstalled the new door and were cleaned up and out by 4 PM) an independent contractor that I've known for many years looked at it afterwards and commented he had rarely seen such high quality finish carpentry. The fit and finish is fabulous and the quality of the door is top notch. The old one leaked air through the top and moisture through the bottom. The new one is tight as a drum, and, though quite heavy, slides as smoothly as the door on a Mercedes.

Harley was great to work with, very personal and answered all of our questions regarding the quality, warranty, and installation process. The cost can't be beat and the level of customer service has been exceptional. The install was very smooth and took a full day to do all windows in our home. We encountered a couple small issues a few weeks after, but Voytek and Ivana were responsive and made sure every issue was addressed. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.
