I called at 1:15 on a Friday afternoon with cables off the spool and the spring was broken (how the heck did all that happen overnight????). I was pleasantly shocked to find they would come out that day. Chad called at 2:00 to say he would be here in 10-15 minutes and 12 minutes later he pulled up. Chad had to roll on the ground under the door to get in, had to deal with a garage that was packed full of stuff with little room to move, and the heat index was over 100. Chad could not have be nicer, replaced the spring & fixed both cables and was the nicest person throughout it all. He was done by 2:45 (that is a lot of big repair work done efficiently in 30 minutes). It sounds & works better than when it was new. Pricing was very reasonable, too. This was such a positive experience! I can't wait to recommend them to someone in need of such a positive experience. It seems like mostly these days we all share nothing but bad experiences & companies to avoid (I have along list of those), well this one should be at the top of your list to call if you ever need garage repair. The repair tech arrived promptly when he said he would arrive (even calling us 20 minutes in advance to confirm his exact arrival time), gave us an accurate estimate of how much time it would take to complete the work, he had all the parts needed to replace our defunct garage door opener, he finished his work within that timeframe, and was able to present a statement for precisely the estimated cost. Jason came out to my house the week before and gave me a quote. He was out the following week on the day I requested. He did a perfect job installing a new opener and door gaskets.
