The ANDY FATTORE put the Freight Guard report on my company, after i called him he said this report will be taken off after i deliver the load and send him POD signet by receiver. After i send him POD he called to the receiver to confirm load is there, receiver was confirmed that load is delivered. After it was confirmed, i called him to take off the report he said he never going to do it. Totally unprofessional person. I do not recommend to work with him. He put the Freight Guard Reports if you have a broken truck with his load!!!

I phoned ELS to try to switch the date to next year since he needed to start chemo right away and they decided to postpone the big day. I talked to the secretary who sympathized but we needed to speak with the owner never heard back after a week called back and the owner keith answered. Basically he said we have a contract to bad. Completely heartless I paid in full for the bus and wasnt going to let it go to waste. So i used the bus very filthy dirty the driver before ours never cleaned it one seat was so wet we couldnt use it. We will have the perfect wedding day next year but will not be using ELS and will never recommend.
