Boom! Joey came out and took care of business on-time, for the exact price I was quoted on the phone, and did it all with a great attitude and smile. Sunday night my garage door spring snapped. After some heroics (and help from the wife) I was able to push the door up manually to get our cars out of the garage. I called DoorWorks and spoke to Joey on Monday. He could have came out that day but I wasn't going to be home. So he came right at 1pm on Tuesday like he said on the phone and by 1:30pm I no longer had to do my garage door lifts. I had him replace a 12-foot door opener with a much newer style than my existing one. During the install, a part broke on the new opener.
